I think they need new forms. I was told I saved 30.00 on my initial visit as I signed up for 3 months worth of follow up visits. However the original price not listed; just told I would save the money! When I was paying for project in full, at the time of estimate, I saw a box that said discount for payment in full. I inquired to David the technician, but he didn’t know for sure and after leaving he called me back to say he asked his boss and was told they need new forms and on this form it referred to 12 month contracts only! I called Matt at the office and he explained to me it was about 12 month contract users! He offered to change my agreement to the one time visit with the 30.00 back on that I saved, and all would be done! I explained I was happy with the estimate, the thoroughness of the estimator and I was scheduled for the work right away. I think the value of having rodents expelled and having it professionally done is worth the cost! They spray the home at base of foundation and all the exterior window and doors for insects/bugs. Just remember to ask, as I only inquired about bugs when David, the technician, handed me the estimate, and he said oh that’s included but you never asked me first. I had no idea! I do recommend this company but I hope they update or get new forms with any savings or discounts and prices visible. This would be user friendly and never having to explain their procedures and prices or discounts. Already came back for the first trap check, as I called and reported an attic odor, and sure enough a trap caught a rat. Rechecked under my house and no activity detected, but that’s because they did excellent work fixing several problem entrance points I’m sure. Very satisfied and worth the cost.

We got a contract for them for a new construction home. The estimate was complete, the service was fast, and all of my needs were addressed. I'd definitely recommend them.

He did a good job.

We have a contract with them. For that they come to the house quarterly to treat around the outside of the house for spiders, ants, etc. On occasion we have asked for help with rodents, exceptional number of spiders in the house and wasp nests. Those extra services were handled efficiently at no additional charge.

Thought we had termites, there were insect's coming up around our heater vent in the garage. Called they came right out and checked them for me. Rather than try to snow and say we had a bad investation he told they were nothing to worry about. Said if I had insect spray to put that on them and it take care of my problem. No charge for coming out. If we ever have a problem they will be the first ones we will call. Highly recommended.

Their monthly program is too expensive Wish it was less expensive

I am very happy with the service I got from Jake. He responded quickly and was very professional. He had to come back a couple of times to get the squirrels out, but I wasn't charged anything extra. It is so nice to be rid of the squirrels.

Called to come earlier than appt. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Checked surrounding area briefly for other wasp nests. So far no further wasps visible

Called back about my wasp nest removal inquiry within 30 seconds. Made an appointment for the next Friday. Within an hour after they arrived, the job was done. So easy and stress free!
