Kind of expensive.

When I booked them, I was told Iâ d get a call 20-30 minutes before they arrived. The tech arrived towards the end of the window of time Iâ d been given but didnâ t call or text. I was getting a bit anxious. This is the ONLY reason I didnâ t give them 5 stars. Once here he was efficient and quick and the enormous underground wasp nest was dead within a day.

They arrived so quickly and put me at ease. I was a little jittery and they helped and walked me through everything. So happy with their process and high level customer service.

Pricey initial inspection and treatment $195 plus $18.63 Tax. Scott applied alpine to entrance of yellow jacket nest in ornamental bush root ball. Just a couple saturation spray. A 30 minute job quick and easy.

Great experiance

Independent Pests Solutions was on time, clean, thoughtful of my home, and property, and did not try to upsell me. I truly was impressed. Their number is now on my cell phone not to be forgotten.

The service technician came out within hours of scheduling the same day appointment. Jacob was friendly and professional and removed the wasp hive within minutes. What a relief!

Really quick, professional turn around, great staff, very detail oriented. My only caveat is their use of glue traps. They are "effective" but I care about humane methods. Glue traps do not kill rodents, and it can often take hours or days. In the process they will often die slowly of dehydration and even chew off their own limbs. I will probably ask them next time to use my several bags of snaps if we continue to have issues, because overall I am still happy with my service.

The tech came out, did a thorough inspection, and fixed the problem areas he noted on the same visit. He was very professional, explained exactly what they would do to solve the rodent problem, and answered all my questions. Although it is still early in the process, his level of expertise makes me feel confident that they will be able to get the issue under control.

It was a flea infestation. I know fleas are hard to get rid of but they were still very present after the initial treatment. Six days later they came back and did another treatment at no extra cost, and while we're still seeing some live fleas, it's much better. The manager and technicians were very helpful and great to work with, especially since it was an emergency situation.
