They did a nice job explaining how their product works and what I needed to do if I wanted to do maintenance on my own in the future or have them come back.

They were professional and fair with their pricing. We even received a phone call 20-30 minutes before every appointment to notify us that they were on their way. Our only recommendation is to be more thorough with their work. They were able to find the problem area where the rodent intrusion was occurring and installed wire fencing to prevent any further intrusion in the space leading from under our back porch to the crawl space. We will say they did a great job with the fencing they did install, but it just didn't cover the entire area of possible point of entry. Therefore, we continued to find new pieces of insulation being dragged out from under the house, so we took it upon ourselves to add more fencing to their initial installation. Once this was done, the problem was resolved. We haven't had an issue since.

Thought I had termites - turned out it was carpenter ants. Phil resolved the issue. The second time he showed up, he was 2 hours later than I was told - no biggie, just would have liked a call. Staff was great - very accommodating. Great price on the service! Yes, I would definitely recommend them to others.

They fixed my vents and crawl space door for free. All the other company's I talked to said I would have to fix them myself first. They were very helpful and have done a few people in my neighborhood.

Scott was friendly and courteous. He listened while I explained how and why I had such an extreme situation. My infestation is extensive and I was surprised that the price was as reasonable as it is. I had read some of the reviews and expected it to be much higher. After meeting with Scott I feel confident that I have hired a very professional company and am pleased that I have Scott as my inspector. I believe that he will be very thorough and I am feeling better about getting rid of the rats we have. Wow, 30 years, with woods al around and never a problem, and now this. I will be renting our home soon and will continue with service to be sure this never happens again.
