They did a good job cleaning and sealing my pump house, but not interested in getting rid of the rats.

Their initial contact was extremely fast. The rental I was calling about was a pretty severe case of flea infestation. The technician came out, assessed the environment, which required bagging clothes and exposing as much of the carpet and floor surface as possible, before spraying. He was more concerned about ensuring their service would be successful, rather than spraying upon his initial visit and most likely requiring a follow-up application. He also indicated a couple other activities that should be performed, to minimize the possibility of a subsequent infestation. In this COVID-19 environment, having a company and technicians who are more concerned about resolution of an issue than making money impressed me. This company was very professional. Jennifer came out and gave us an estimate for Rodent control only as well as a full clean out and re-insulation. We chose the rodent control. Well we had a squirrel and it got mad when it couldn't get out so Jennifer had to come back three times to reopen the screen wait for him to leave and then re-close it before he got back in. Great Job!

I had a very small project, and unfortunately they could not charge me anything below their minimum of $175. So although they did a good job, it did not seem like a good value for the money. Wasps have returned immediately to the area where small nests were removed and repellent was sprayed, but maybe this is typical.

The technician did a thorough job with explaining and showing me a problem with a rodent problem in my crawl space. She explained how she would clean out the crawl space problem and she provided me a reasonable price for the job. The job was completed to my satisfaction. Great job ! I hughly recommend.

Contracted me several times leaving a message each time (showed tenacity)). I contracted them to set up an appointment and able to see them right away. They evaluate crawl space and rodent problem. He listened to my assessment of situation and together developed a plan of action. I didnt go beneath to evaluate job but knowledge that air vents were reinforced, a door place at crawl space entrance to keep out rodents, and communicated what they observed built trust. They were prompt, efficient and finished the job.
