They called right away and arranged for the free quote process. Were willing to work around my husbands and my work schedule even though it ran into when he would be off. He's been on time so far, ready to go, explained and showed me pictures of our issue, and made sure I understood all of the choices we had to fix it. They have not yet removed our traps but I don't foresee there being any issues with them not coming back to collect them. We will keep their number handy for sure.
