[member name removed], I find it very unfair that you would give us an overall of D. We were on time, responded to your purchase within 48 hours, we were respectful of you home, But since you have a custom one piece toilet and we could not repair it the for the 79.00 when the parts were more than twice that at our cost. I really doubt your in a business to do work and go into a negative. We wouldn't be in business if we did! We are a company that believes in real customer service as you found out. We didn't argue with you when you requested a refund. We even tried to reschedule and you said it would be a pain, so we made it work and got out there. I really hope you reconsider your grade you gave us as it is really not the grade we deserve for the level of customer service and effort we put into making sure every customer is taken care of properly. Description of Work: Brian showed up on time and was very professional,I would recommend this company. Fair price and good work . I am not used to hiring contractors since my son does most of my handyman work . My son was unavailable this time to help me. I thought hiring a contractor was going to be stressful but it went really smoothly. I would hire them again . I just wish they did electrical work.

Perfectly.
Description of Work: We had multiple plumbing issues that needed to be resolved. Jason and Aaron were on time, courteous, professional, and detailed in their work. Everything was done per the estimate, with a few extras thrown in at no extra cost. Everything is working beautifully now. I will be happy to recommend their services to anyone needing the same.
