Description of Work: After installing my own water heater, I had some rattling in the pipes. Alfredo came out and identified that I needed a new expansion tank, which he replaced for me. He also helped catch a few things that I had messed up, which ensured that in the end my house is now safe. He gave me tips for easy preventive maintenance that I can do myself going forward, which I really appreciated.

He stayed in communication with me especially with all the issues and delays due to PSE. I loved the communication from the office as well. Nicki was also 10 stars!! I was provided with a copy of the video as well. Only reason for 4/5 is because of their scheduling. They offered a morning window but than assigned a contractor who was on a potentially all-morning job. Thankfully my real estate agent was able to have a couple of associates come out to make sure the property was accessible all day.

Install began before 8am and was a difficult install given placement of heater in 2nd story attic amid beams and joists. Install lasted almost 14 hours. They were troopers and worked diligently and happily until the end. I was well-informed throughout the process and they didn’t leave until I had heat restored to the home. A+ Hunts will be my one and only heating/cooling/water people from now on.
