Description of Work: Reconnected a toilet, checked another toilet, and worked on a tub drain that wouldn't hold water. Jesse was professional, courteous, fast, and very good at explaining what he was doing.

Description of Work: Plumber arrived, looked at the requested work to install a garbage disposal and said it wouldn't fit. I had installed a new sink with the drain too close to the drain pipe going into the wall. Very nice person. will definitely call them if I need more work.

Description of Work: Our heater broke down in winters and we were looking for a quick help with the entire house left cold. These guys were reachable over weekend and came down in a few hrs. It was very quick for him to identify the issue and fix it. I would recommend him for anyone looking for a quick service from folks that know their job.

Description of Work: Used them to complete a bathroom remodel - change all hardware and replace a tub. They broke the tile around my tub by not being careful when they removed the tub. This added $$ of tile repair costs and project delay. They removed hardware in shower, realized new holes would need to be drilled in tile and said "we don't do that, let us know when that's done, and left. They should have anticipated that. Another project delay. They dripped silver solder on my hardwood floor when installing new shower fittings and left it there, no cleanup. I discovered it after the plumber had gone and reported it to the company. The owner came and cleaned it up.

Description of Work: Had a false alarm on a plumbing leak. Aaron, who came out to look, figured out the problem in a few minutes. (hose was loose, our fault). To make it worth our $60 we spent, Aaron volunteered to look at our furnace quickly, and other miscellaneous plumbing questions/issues I had (toilet flush valve not shutting off etc.,) Stellar customer service!! He also answered several questions I had on furnace placement, etc., This type of customer service is what will keep bringing customers back to this company.
