Description of Work: We had a big deal ($119 for $200 of service); in the end, a lot more work was required and so the bill was considerably higher. The work was of good quality. However, the kitchen faucet that was installed sprung a leak approximately 3 months later and we had to call them back to get that fixed. They were responsive to that request and fixed the problem within 24 hours.

Description of Work: I am not sure what to say about their service. When I had service done in the past they always changed the air filter and serviced the furnace to make sure everything was running properly. Hunt's service man was nice enough but felt it strange they didn't replace the filter with this service . He recommended having all ducts cleaned for over $500. But my furnace is over 17 yrs. old and I thought it would be better to replace it. He gave me a quote which I thought to be a bit high. Don't know if I would use them.

Description of Work: Removed a garbage disposal, installed new basket strainer, installed new plastic tubular under the sink and 45 degree elbow at main water drain. Snaked kitchen drain line to release clogged drain line. I think it went really well, Jessie was very good at explaining why I needed what and how to prevent future blockages.

Description of Work: I had a leak at the well pump. Aaron had to work amid some mud wasp to get to the leak and informed me that he was highly allergic to bee stings but wouldn't let that stop him. He replaced the drain pipe (and didn't get stung).He was very efficient and very helpful in showing me how it all worked. Very pleased with the work performed and the professionalism. Definitely will use them again!

Description of Work: They estimated for overflow and disposal for the bathtub was way too high I have to go with them anyway because thinking I have credit with them from the past job that was not used . Anyway, I felt like the estimate was way to high. 3x higher of price guideline in wa, because n I researched it after the work was done which I should have done before saying yes to job. Will learned my lesson now

Description of Work: They repaired a leaky valve on the hot water below the kitchen sink on a Saturday. They were polite, professional and courteous. They tried to do the "Upsell" but that's to be expected. They spent about 45 minutes doing the work and charged us $500. They would not separate out the labor costs from the parts costs so not sure how the $500 was justified. Overall, they were professional and they fixed our problem.

Description of Work: Repaired cracked drain pipe under kitchen sink, two new outside faucets, sump pump install, since previous residents just stopped using the old dryer duct....then ran a new line NOT making it to the outside vent, I will be having Hunts installing and reconnecting my dryer duct Monday! Cory the Plumber even went to help an elderly woman across the street with her washer and found a gas leek in her garage!! Wonderful people work for this company!!

Description of Work: I missed his first call and I call the company about the appointment. Contractor was willing to come in right away. He did a through job of examining the water heater and furnace. Since I'm sure about the market prices of fixing the issues with our furnace/heater, I will do more research before I made a decision where to go next. The contractor gave out lots of information and advice.
