Description of Work: Installed a gas line for kitchen Stove. Gas leaked. Came out to find problem, said new stove was leaking. Called Puget Sound Energy, they red tags the house due to faulty work that hunt's Plumbing did. No gas or heat, hot water for a week.

Description of Work: "They were really nice, knew what they were doing, appear to have done a fine job, and did the work the same time they came out. Comfortable to have them in my home. |Disappointed only in how much it cost but I have no idea whether they charge more or not. What do I know about plumbing and drainage? |I also like that they are a smaller business and I don't see expensive ads of theirs on tv all the time. "

Description of Work: It turns out I needed a small part from Home Depot to fix my leaking shower. The plumber never contacted me regarding the outcome of the search for the part. When I contacted the company, they immediately responded by telling me the part couldn't be located and that they could assist me by replacing the entire shower. Given the timing of the response and lack of communication , I question whether they ever searched for the part.

Description of Work: It went well. They diagnosed the problems accurately, and did a good job taking care of them, only the added charge for some additional work seemed out of proportion for the work they had to do, so I don't think I got much of a bargain.

Description of Work: Hunt's Plumbing removed the Moen bath flow control cartridge to remove sediment that was impeding hot water flow. I had hoped to have the screw valve in the hot water supply line replaced but that would have required breaking into the wall - basic installation problem. The work done restored the water pressure. Nice to have a high pressure hot shower again. Total charge would have been $246 without the Angie's List discount - seems like a lot of money for a simple remove and replace that only took 20 minutes but I guess that's the plumbing business.

Description of Work: The estimate was outrageous! Could not afford their work, and I had asked for a quote on heating air conditioner unit and they never sent it to me, the guys that came out for estimate were nice and professional, we just cannot afford their services. I got the work done by another company for less than half the price that they bid this job for

Description of Work: A routine water heater flush turned into a $1,000 job, which we were glad to have it repaired. The cost of service was pricey. Because the repairs had to be done immediately, we couldn't get a second estimate.

Description of Work: Purchased the $119 deal for plumbing. Then got email from them saying here was an additional $59 dispatch fee. I responded that this was not mentioned in the offer, where I believe it should have been. I wouldn't have cared if they had just included that in the total price, it would still have been a reasonable price. Despite the price bump, I'm not going to ding them with a bad review score. They handled my complaint very genuinely and professionally. They have a fantastic reputation and I would have liked to have them do work for me, however, I just don't like surprises and this was one.
