Description of Work: I had purchased a deal from Angie's list for this provider. I called them regarding a blocked kitchen drain in an apartment I manage, and after coordinating a time with the tenant and Hunt's, their plumber didn't let me know (as I requested) whether or not he could make the appointment, so didn't show up. Then the next appointment we made he was sick or something. So it wasn't until a nearly a week after when they had said they could make it that the worked was completed. And on the billing end, they failed to apply my Angie's list deal and it took a few emails back and forth to clear that up. The work itself was satisfactory, but everything else involving the transaction was a pain.

Description of Work: We had a plumber that was recommended by our tile installer and we discovered (after all the tile was installed) the plumbing was installed incorrectly for our shower. We called Hunt's Plumbing & Heating and they came out the same week and repaired the plumbing mistake (made by the other company) by opening a hole in the office wall to access the pipes. It was a much better solution than tearing down all the tile! We've used Hunt's Plumbing & Heating in the past and also had a great experience so we'll stick with them in the future for all our home remodeling.
