Description of Work: Came out to do an estimate,. Quoted 1100.00 for a simple sink hook-up and Disposal install (labor only). To boot I had everything they needed already purchased from Keller. Paid there high 59.00 fee for the estimate and send them packing, never to be called again. Too bad as I have 2 bathroom remodels coming up.

Description of Work: I should have listened to the other reviewers Yep they cancelled on me too. No notice- late in the day so I had no other options. I have a pending home inspection and these items needed to be completed by today. They said they could do both my furnace and hotwater tank today. Called at almost 3pm to tell me they cant make it. Now my home ale is going to be compromised because of their lack of planning and commitment to service. Customer service rep was rude, wouldn't let me talk kept talking over me. and had zero empathy for my situation that was 100% their fault. I specifically explained that this need to be done asap to them they committed to do it and of course like others failed to deliver on their commitment - THE WORST DONT USE THIS COMPPANY !!!!.

Description of Work: A+. Cory and his teammate did a fantastic job on my leaky water heater replacement. I placed a call to their answering service on a Sunday morning, and had a call back from Hunt's within about 10 minutes. I scheduled for someone to come take a look the next morning, the guys arrived in the appointment window as expected, and they ended up pulling the old water heater out that day to give the subfloor time to dry overnight before installing the replacement the next day. Great service, great job, and answered every question!
