Failed to show on schedule and tried to reschedule at an unacceptable time frame

Gave the water heater complete checkup. Did a partial drain to check for rust. Explained this should be done every year to extend life of WH. Very respectful. Company was good about keeping me apprised of tech's schedule an when he would arrive. This was a special deal ran thru Angire's list. And in the future I know who I will call.

Emergency plumbing behind toilet due to a combination of user error and an old supply line that broke. Cory and Austen could not have been more Johnny on the spot, didn’t quote me some ridiculous book rate, and problem solved as they go. They were in and out in half the time I expected and the bill was surprisingly reasonable. Our two previousPrevious experiences with plumbers were not nearly as positive. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat. They were friendly, quick to respond, and reasonably priced.

Excellent! Corey and Austin replaced the 37 year old regulator and added a (safety feature) water heater expansion tank. Corey admitted our water heater was old (2003), but unlike our two previous bids, he didn't push that we needed a new tank. I go buy the axiom that "If it isn't broke, don't fix it!" Corey was onboard with that. By keeping the cost of the job within reason and because he also gave us a senior discount, we hired Hunt's for the job. When the water heater gives up the ghost, we know who we will call!

Andrew explained the scope of the work and costs thoroughly before he started the repair. He was very polite, friendly and professional. We liked his job and would use this business again if we have any plumbing issue in the future.

Andrew did a great job diagnosing the issue and making a quick repair. Service is neat, clean and respectful of my home.

Josh gave it a quick look, determined what the problem was, grabbed some parts from the truck, and had it fixed within 20 minutes. Also had him take a look at the toilet downstairs, he gave it a quick adjustment and we were done. Great service.

They replaced a thermostat that is not similar to the current one and is non-programmable, and the size is smaller thus it won't cover the current thermostat and exposed the old paint. It looks so ugly. And they charged ridiculously high. I checked online, the programmable thermostat only costs $30, and the electric heater costs no more than $150.

Before the plumber came over, I dismantled some of the pipes so that it would be possible to use a snake to clear the obstruction. Because of that, and because I said I would reassemble the pipes (which was simple), the plumber charged me almost nothing snake the pipe. The cost was somewhere in the range of $20.00. Needless to say, I was very surprised that the fee was so low. The plumber was friendly and professional.

Furnace burner kept shutting off due to dirty sensor. Our igniter was also showing wear.

Dwayne did a great job on cleaning our furnace that had been playing up a little. He was on time, polite, and took us through what the problem was and options to solve it.

Went very well. Tech was personable and efficient.

A Hunt's Services plumbing team (Josh & Henry) arrived the same morning that I called Hunt's Services over a leaking hot water tank. They confirmed the tank needed to be replaced and went over all the options that I asked about (tank, tankless, heat pump), going into detail and explaining everything I questioned. Later that day I let them know that we would like to go ahead with a tankless system and they had it installed two days later using a four person team (Josh, Henry, Corey, and Austin). All of these plumbers were well presented, polite, open to answering questions, and generous with looking into other plumbing issues I brought up along the way. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Problem was diagnosed thoroughly and short-term emergency was solved. Technicians were great—friendly, careful, gave clear estimates or costs, and explained exactly what work was done and future repairs needed.

Alfredo was very professional and thorough and completed the job successfully.

Andrew and his team were amazing. From the estimate to the completion of the project Andrew did a phenomenal job of explaining everything. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Brenden and Alfredo were terrific! They showed up on time and immediately set to work. 35 mins later they had located the scource of our leak and had it repaired. They were very professional!

The young man was great. I showed him the basement work, I wanted lights all to turn on at the same time. He also upgraded the lighting in the kitchen to be bright and wonderful. In the garage, I wanted new fixtures so the area would be brightly lite. He went shopping for the specific kinds of lighting that would be best for the job. This is the 2nd time I have used Hunts, the first was an outside lighting project.

The lead man,Cecil was professional all the way. After he started,he didn't stop until the job was complete. His assistant was less professional in that the first thing he said to me was do I have a bathroom he could use.They would have passed several restaurants and gas stations to get to my house that he could use. Not a real big deal,but it cost some on above rating.

They arrived on time; dug down several feet to find the leak; repaired the leak; restored the area....all was good!! They were prompt, courteous & professional; we would hire again.

The entire process was timely & efficient. The sewer was scoped with a computerized camera & exact excavation site of old sewer was easily located by a device. Within two days, a permit was coordinated, the sewer was unearthed, liner inserted (sealed by infra red) & city inspector approved. Minimal digging in garden & grass replaced afterwards.
