I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Hunts Plumbing And Mechanical. This is my first time to use this company. $79 was a good price. He was prompt but both of us had a couple of scheduling issues. I think he did an okay job for what the intent of the over was. He was professional.

I purchased an Angie's List (The Big Deal) for a toilet tune-up and plumbing inspection from Hunt's Plumbing and Mechanical. Aaron, the technician, arrived on-time as scheduled, and called 30 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He did a great job tuning up 2 toilets which now operate perfectly and using much less water than they previously. He also inspected my furnace and hot water heater and found a couple of issues requiring my attention. He was very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Hunt's Plumbing.

Hunt's Plumbing found and repaired a leak inside my utility room wall, all owrk was performed in a workmanlike manner. Very friendly, courteous & professional. Will use them again without hesitation

Our furnace stopped working after Christmas. Jason (the owner) came out the day of our call to troubleshoot the problem. He was able to diagnose the problem as a faulty circuit board, provided us an estimate of fixing it for approximately $500 or replacing the furnace, which was already 15 years old. We decided to replace it. He was able to "slave in" a circuit board (at no cost) to ensure we had heat. Due to the extreme cold/freezing weather he had numerous calls from customers without any source of heat, so he asked if we could hold off installing our new unit replacement for a few days so he could take care of them as well. Since we had heat, we didn't mind at all. He returned a week later and completed the job. We are very pleased with his work and his professionalism in taking care of All of his customers in the time of crisis. In May, our Air Conditioner stopped blowing cold air. We called the company who had serviced it the year before, due to the warranty, and when their rep came out, he was extremely unprofessional, so we called Jason. He came out that day, found that our old unit was leaking, serviced it enough to get cold air blowing again (at no charge), provided us the options of either keeping the old unit in hopes to extend it's life or replacing it with a new, much more energy efficient unit. We ordered a new unit from him. Once again, he came out as promised and replaced it. Once again, he provided us with outstanding service. We have lived here for 15 years and have dealt with numerous contractors and have found Jason Hunt to be exceptionally professional, punctual, courteous and his pricing is fair. (He also has a great sense of humor, as he put up with my silly husband quite well!) ;) Outstanding service, Jason! Thank you!

Jason had to move the appointment back because the one ahead of me ran over, but he called and explained and asked if he could move the appointment window back two hours which would mean that he would be getting here about 7:30 pm. I said that was fine because I had other work being done that day and the dogs were out of the house so I'd rather have done it later that same day than move it to another day. He was pleasant and friendly and got right to work. Unfortunately, nothing went as planned. The toilet is original with the house which was built in 1967. He installed all the new innards I had purchased but then water still wasn't coming into the bowl. So he asked if I wanted to replace the incoming line because that is likely where the problem was since it was so old. I agreed to the extra price. When he was working on it the old pipe came right off in his hand. So we had to cut a hole in the wall and solder some new pipe and then install a new valve. Once it was all fixed the toilet would fill, but not drain. The other toilet on that floor didn't have that problem, so he got a snake out and set to work on the toilet. Eventually the toilet flushed and continued to flush after that so it seemed to be resolved. However, he was concerned that there might be another problem somewhere in the line and told me they were running a free camera special where they put a camera into the pipes to see if there are any problems. So I am having him return next week to check and see if there are other problems. He was friendly and easy to deal with even though he'd been working all day long on another project and it was after 8:30pm by the time he left the house. Even though it ended up costing me about $320 more than I had anticipated, that was the fault of the old plumbing rather than the plumber. All in all, it was a good experience. Oh and something else that I just remembered. When I purchased the deal through Angie's List, he was the one to call me to set up the appointment. I thought that was good service.

Hunts Plumbing And Mechanical were fantastic and did a great job. They were really knowledgeable. I ended up getting quotes from three different people. The pricing from Hunt's wasn't a bargain or anything, but the work was worth it. I probably could have gotten it done cheaper, but the guy just knew what he was doing. He was a lot more confident with what he was doing and he had the best way to do it. He seemed like a good, honest guy.

Everything was thoroughly explained by Jason and the installation was perfect. He arrived on time as agreed and care was taken throughout the entire repair process. I recommend Hunts Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC for your plumbing needs. I reside in Tacoma, Washington but Hunts Plumbing and Mechanical LLC provides services outside of the Tacoma, Washington area. I plan to use Hunts Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC for future plumbing projects.

Had leaking toilet in master bath. Jason and his plumbers had to come out a few times, each time fixing a different problem. They kept at it, and eventually got the toilet back to normal. Great customer service, wore protective shoe coverings, gave courtesy call to let me know when they were coming, friendly. Would definitely use again.

Jason is great. He was always available when I called and would return my phone calls on any follow-up items that he had to look into. He came to me from a recommendation by Pacific Northwest Restoration (the company doing my upgrade) and I couldn't be happier. I recommend Jason completely!

He was professional and did a great job installing the garbage disposal and fixing some other small leaks. I appreciated the time he took to make sure everything was working as expected. PERFECT! ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Jason is a trained professional with years of service. He knows plumbing and HVAC. He arrived at the house in a very professional-looking van and was dressed as if he owned the business and took pride in it.....because he DOES own the business and he DOES take pride in it! He was personally able to quickly diagnose the problems he saw, correct the immediate issue, and prevent further complications. He did ALL the coordination with the home warranty provider. He is a customer service EXPERT and a great communicator. He tells you "the way it is" because he is honest.....and he owns his own business and wants referrals from satisfied customers. He takes the customer's needs into consideration. He listens to customers. He doesn't make his work a "mystery." He explains things. I hope I don't have any issues in the future, but if I do, I will call Jason Hunt, because I want Jason to be the one who handles the issues.

They answered the phone when I called (appreciated that) and an appointment was made. When they arrived a short time later, they gave me an estimate to unclog the old toilet as well as purchasing and installing a new one. I then decided to buy the new toilet, so they took the charge to unclog the old one off the bill. They left to pick up the new toilet and called me a short while later to say it had to be ordered and couldn't be installed that day. I said that was fine. They continued to search and found another supplier, so they came back and installed the new toilet. They also disposed of the old toilet. They were prompt, helpful and professional. They kept me informed every step of the way. In fact, the whole process was completed in a matter of hours the same day. I had a bit of a unique situation with a handicapped son who frequently clogged the toilet and held the handle down when flushing, which made the toilet run. Jason and Aaron were very helpful in selecting a new toilet that fixed that problem. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We had ice forming on heat pump. Called Hunt's Plumbing. Jason came and fixed the problem. Hunt's Plumbing is the only company we will ever call for heating/plumbing issues.

They were on time, prompt, effective and polite. It was very good, although I decided to go with another contractor.

Jason was easy to communicate with and have working in the house for the three days he was here. We had hot water every night and things were cleaner than we expected. he takes pride in the quality and thoroughness of his work.

We hired Jason and his team after having a horrible time getting a contractor who would a) follow up with a written estimate - b) provide us with a contract and c) do the work for a fair price. Any of you out there looking for a contractor may have run into these same problems! But Jason did all three of these things and showed great care and craftsmanship in his work! His helpers and sub-contractors were great - except to the tile guys. There were some issues there, but Jason dealt with problems as they arose, and in the end, we are happy with the tile too! He did a superb job fixing an area under one of the tubs that had dry-rot and showed us how a previous repair (done before we bought the house) was sub par. He reinforced the floor there and redid the plumbing and we could see how much better his work was than what had been there (pretty scary!). And he did it all for a fair price! The finish work was beautiful (especially the master bath moulding) and great care was taken to get everything "just right". Jason and his team are just plain nice people that you don't have to worry about being in your house. The job was completed on time and in budget, and then Jason followed up a few weeks later with an email asking how everything was. What great customer service! The only thing he had to come back and "tweak" were the sink faucets which needed flow restrictors put in to prevent them from splashing. He charged $20 to do that. I would recommend Hunts Plumbing and Mechanical to anyone wanting great work done at a fair price! AWESOME JOB!

I was very pleased with Jason and Hunt's Mechanical. They gave me a good estimate, answered all my questions, were timely in their appointment times and were accommodating to my many questions. I would recommend him.
