it went so well, i would tell the world how well it went. i would hire this outfit again. they were efficient and knew what they were doing. we felt the price was reasonable. i don't know that you can ask for more than what we got. it was absolutely a painless, non aggravating experience. i like those kinds of experiences. :)

They called to let me know the time they would be coming and arrived on time.

The company is very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Brian called the day before to confirm his arrival time and also called the day of to say he was on his way. He introduced himself, offered identification and donned booties before entering the house. After checking out the problem, he gave us an estimate before starting work. When we gave him the OK, he went right to work, was very efficient and cleaned up after himself. We will definitely call Hunt's Plumbing again (and ask for Brian)!

That turned out just great. He came out almost a week after purchasing the deal. They did not notify me and after about 5 days, I called them and asked them if they had set up an appointment. The receptionist said that she would have Mr. Hunt call me. When he called, he asked if I would be home in the next 15 minutes, because he was in the area. That was the only negative thing about the process; in the future if they are going to do this deal again they should set up appointments with their clients. I don’t think that their potential clients should be calling them. Otherwise everything went great. They did do the furnace tune up, to a 15+ year old furnace, and there was part that needed to be changed. They did that right away. He also gave me a discount on the part that he had to replaced too.

It was a great experience. They went way out of their way. They had to crawl through the mud. I would most definitely use them again.

They got my furnace running again. Also showed me ways to keep my furnace running better.

Cannot remember details but I plan to contact them for suggestions to my other bathroom.

overall happy with the work performed but thought the $99 assessment fee was steep.....problem was identified within minutes and work was wrapped up within 1/2 hour. Would have enjoyed if they applied part of that fee toward the work performed. Don't know if that's how all HVAV companies work so can't conclude if this is the norm. It felt expensive for the little time needed to correct problem. Did receive the 10% off for Angie's list members :) And really nice guys :)

They came out and did an annual cleaning and service on our furnace. It was a busy time for them with the cold temperatures and a lot of extra calls, but they were able to make the time.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were wonderful. I had to have additional work done in the house and they were more than happy to do that for us. I had extra charges above the Big Deal price. These guys were fantastic as far as the work they did and their professionalism. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Heater inspection and service went great, also took a look at the hot water heater, water pressure, and surge tank. Found the surge tank to be defective and replaced it for a reasonable cost.

Two man team, everything went superb. Done in very short time. They even checked our water pressure that was way to high and fixed that later.

Came out on a Sunday, and did a temporary fix to our hot water heater. Gave us a quote for a permanent repair.

The provider and I went around in circles for over a week. He had not done any work but wanted me to approve an invoice. I informed him that it must be an estimate. He just went silent. It seemed that he wanted to get paid a certain amount no matter what. His Angies' deal was a joke because he was significantly over priced. Joshua Hunt wanted over $800 minus a $200 credit. I eventually got the work done for $367.00 by Spartan Plumbing. With a significant amount of time and effort, I informed Mr. Hunt that the job should cost no more than $500.00. Communication was rushed and poor from the beginning.

It was a pretty short and simple work, so I am not going to write an essay on it. Jason explains everything really well and he also spent some time explaining some things about my water heater and how an old water heater could potentially lead to such faucet leaks. Anyway, it was a good experience and I would have no hesitation recommending Hunts Plumbing, especially Jason, for your plumbing needs.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. It went really well and he did a really good job.

On New Year's Day, we awoke to find a puddle underneath the refrigerator. The ice maker had broken and filled the freezer with water. After turning off the water source and mopping up the water, we discovered a puddle forming underneath the carpet in the living room, about 12 feet from the location of the refrigerator. No water or dampness could be found between the refrigerator and the puddle, so I suspected that the pipe supplying water to the refrigerator may have burst after it was turned off. Although I was worried about the expense of calling in a plumber, especially on a holiday, I knew that we were risking more expensive damage to our flooring. I found Hunt's Plumbing highly rated on Angie's List, called them, and reached their answering service. Within 30 minutes, I received a call from Brian saying he was on his way. After arriving and listening to me explain the problem, Brian thoroughly searched under the crawlspace--checking under the insulation--and ruled out a leaking pipe. He did find water dripping under the refrigerator area and surmised that the puddle in the living room was somehow being fed by the water that spilled out of the refrigerator to under the flooring. He said we were right to get the flooring dried out as quickly as possible and offered to call a non-affiliated flood response company for me. I agreed, and Brian's recommendation had turned out to be a good one, so far. Although an actual plumbing repair wasn't performed, all the other aspects of exceptional customer service was fully demonstrated by Brian. He listened intently, did his utmost to rule out a leak, was courteous and respectful, and made a recommendation that ultimately fixed our problem. The icing on the cake was a (shockingly) more than reasonable charge for a service call made within an hour's response time on a holiday. I've identified our plumbing company for any future need.

Jason and his team were great! Made great suggestions, did excellent work and showed up when expected. He'll be back for additional service soon.

They did a very good job and gave us tips on how to keep both A/C and furance working good. There was a part that needed replaced on the furance and they showed and explained the part and quoted how much it would be. They took care not to track dirt into the house and were very professional.

He was a very honest, kind repairman as well as his helper. We were a little surprised with the cost, but we're informed before work was done. We are very pleased with this service.

They cleaned and inspected my electric furnace and also replaced the sequencer. They were on time and fixed the problem quickly. My furnace now runs better then it ever has.

Mr Hunt and his fellow worker were very professional and found a leak in my roof that was causing the leak in the ceiling of my kitchen. They put a piece of sheet metel over the hole to stop the water from coming in the house.Great People! |

Hunts Plumbing is awesome. The guys who came out were Brian and Sterling. They were honest, hard working, reliable, affordable and fixed the badly clogged drain pipe. We highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work.

Jason and Aaron arrived on time, went to work immediately ... cleaned the coils, added a new 4" filter and gave me some filter advice for the future. I was using a 1x20x25 .. Jason said the 4" would filter better and last longer, he showed me how the 1" filter was bowing when air flow was on. Gave me the 4" filter at no extra cost which I offered to pay for ... very good experience I will use them again.
