Brian came over and did a great job. He assessed the problems with the water heater and disposals on a new construction home and then fixed them right away. He is an ex-paratrooper and was very professional and provided excellent service.

Jason contacted us right away and arrived when he said he would. Gave us great advice on new fixtures which we accepted fully. Estimated the jobs and scheduled the work promptly (toilet we wanted was hard to find and came from the east coast.) He came right on time, figured out he would need help to get it done in one day and got a second plumber within the hour. They worked straight through, even making two parts runs for correcting the non-standard roughin. Both cleaned up as they went, including dry wall dust where they had to access the drains through the ceiling from below. Absolutely great experience--professional, friendly,very good at explaining everything, both the work as they went and when advising on products. Price was higher than I had hoped, but fair considering the difficulty of correcting non-standard installation that had to be corrected and the cost of high-end fixtures. Jason held to the estimate--no add-ons or suggestions for "discovered" problems. A lot of work done expertly, efficiently and pleasantly.

Hunts Plumbing And Mechanical LLC were excellent. Because the washer and dryer was sitting outside for awhile, they actually vacuumed it out before they installed it, to get rid of any spiders or anything like that. They fixed a lot of things that another company did not do right. They went above and beyond the call of what I paid them for. They were expensive, but he went out of his way to help me. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

Honestly, the girl that answer the phone nearly turned me off because she wasn't knowledgeable about their pricing and seemed a bit put out. I'm glad I didn't let her deter me from using this company. I received a call from a technician within a few hours of placing my call, he told me exactly how much it would be, was super friendly and said he could have someone out to my home the next morning between 9 and 11. The technician coming called promptly at 9 letting me know he'd arrive in 20 mins or so depending on traffic. He wore boot covers, made eye contact, shook hands (i'm a woman and male service people often forget these courtesies). He was training someone and was super kind to his trainee as well as very explanatory. he promptly fixed the drain, inspected all plumbing. Told me the things that were very good and done right by other companies. Told me the few minor fixes to consider in the future. Charged me exact the price quoted on phone...and the best part?!??! He scrubbed my tub clean with orange cleaner. MY HERO!

We accidentally bought two vouchers, I don't know why the default in the browser had two items in the basket. Anyway, we used one voucher for service and are requesting refund for second voucher. Service was fine, the service provider came and completed their job.

They did enough for us for us that was covered in the big deal, but we asked them to do more work, and the prices were very high - overcharging for every little thing. We weren't happy with how much they charged us. We felt taken advantage of.

Everything was great, we would not hesitate to use again.

overall a C - . probably should be a D. I know I could have had another plumber do it for 25-50 percent less. my other plumber was a week out and I needed it done before that. the way he did the gas line is a mystery to me. he said he didn't have the right part to do it straight so he put this big loop in the basement/crawlspace. he looked at it the day before so he didn't have an excuse for not having the right part. someday I will have to re-do what he did. he put a 90 in post valve off the floor flange behind the range when routing it straight would've worked better. my bottom line is that if I pay a premium price the work should be A+ work.

Outstanding customer service from phone intake to plumber (Brian) who showed up on time. I had a burst exterior faucet pipe replaced and a new gas water heater put in. no hassle, fair and reasoned consult. The plumber could not have been friendlier and more professional. He was diligent and efficient with work to be done. He took time to explain the process for fixing pipe and replacing heater so I would know impact while water was turned off. he reviewed the work, explained about the new heater. I had another water heater put in a different home a year ago from a different company offering a coupon. I see a significant contrast to professionalism and would recommend Hunts to anyone in their area. The fees were reasonable and as Angie's member, definitely worth it. Showed up on time, installed the hot water heater, and did some other random plumbing work around the house while there.

Very polite had contacted me to notify me that they would be late because of a lot of sewage in a pregnant gals place and they didn't want to leave her like that.......being a nurse I really respect that!!!!!!!

The technician, Jason, arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He noticed that a piece was missing from the faucet set and did not charge me for staying at my house while I drove to The Home Depot to acquire the part. I would definitely recommend Hunts Plumbing and will likely be using them again in the future.

@ servicemen showed up, on time, inspected the furnace, cleaned the air handler, checked electrical connections, burners, ignition, etc. lubed anything that needed lube, My furnace takes an odd, hard to locate size filter. They went online and located a mail order vendor for me, and gave me the email address. In the meantime, they put in a standard filter to work until I got a new filter.

I had a very wonderful experience with them! They were able to come out the next day that they called to get something scheduled. They were so efficient during the appointment. They deserve great praise for their work. He had an extra hard time with the garbage disposal since it was so corroded and it took a little longer than expected. He did apologize for that.

The serviceman called to let me know he'd be at my home in half an hour and arrived shortly before that. He covered his shoes and got right to work. He had the problems diagnosed and fixed within half an hour. He explained to me in detail what he was doing and what had probably happened. He was great and I would definitely use Hunts Plumbing again!

Appointment was made for Thursday PM. At 3:30 we received a call saying they would be there in approx. 90 minutes. At 5:30PM there was no word so I called company and cancelled service.

He did a nice job, but it was overpriced. He told me going in what the price was, so it was expected and he was upfront about it.

We thought the provider was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Great job.

This was an inspection upon the purchase of my home. He made corrections where necessary and gave me info for future upkeep. Thorough and complete, I would use them again.

Loved the service! They were upfront about the $59 charge for travel to my home, communicated about the two hour window when they would show up and were friendly, professional and did great work. I'd recommend them to anyone!

They came out and did the work. There was an unexpected service fee, which put the price back to the regular price.

The job went very smoothly. I called and arranged some time on the next day. The toilet was spraying water from the fill valve. The water was escaping the tank and causing the intake line and the floor to get wet. Brian arrived early in the window they gave us after calling me and went right to work using parts from the truck. He installed only the fill valve rather than the whole mechanism and was done in about 20 minutes. In addition he flushed the toilet a few times to make sure that there was no problem in the intake line which had been getting wet. Brian was very professional and answered all of my questions. I would hire Hunts again.

It was fine. The technician seemed professional. He got there one day late and came back the next day and was done in about an hour. The scheduling was fine.

Everything went well. The technician did a nice job communicating with us.

We were not happy with what they did because the work did not hold up. They did not guarantee their work.
