Went smoothly. Came with all of the supplies and equipment they needed. Good job of cleaning up afterword. Very reasonable price.

We just bought a house and had a couple of leaky faucets come up in the home inspection. I asked them to come out and take a look at the leaks so I could have some idea what to do. The plumbers quickly identified the source of the leaks and the stuck faucet shut off valve I had mentioned to them. One of the leaks was serious at the faucet level and would require complete replacement of the faucet. The other was minor and only at the sink level in a sink we rarely use, so I elected not to do anything with that one for now. He gave me a quote of about $100 to replace the stuck shut off valve for the faucet, but since it wasn't necessary to do the faucet replacement and he could just shut off water at the main shut off, I elected not to perform that repair at this time either. All in all, they were very punctual, quick, and helpful in determining what our options were. I would definitely hire them again.

I had been having trouble with cloudy water. I thought I would try this to fix it although I had drained it once myself. It seemed to have cleared up but problem came back. They did their best but I still have the problem. Not their fault.

Our basement bathroom shower was draining slowly. I removed a bunch of hair blocking the drain, but still no improvement. I called Hunt's Plumbing expecting voicemail (it was Easter Sunday) but instead spoke to a lovely woman who asked if I needed immediate help. Since nothing was flooding or causing a big concern I said no. She assured me that I would receive a call first thing Monday morning...and I did! We scheduled one of their plumbers (Gil) to come check out the problem for that Wednesday. Gil showed up on the dot and assessed the problem. He thought we needed a few repair parts (about $200-$300 worth) for the sump pump (it was only working occassionaly) and scheduled another appointment for the next Monday. ONce again he showed up on the dot. He pulled apart the system only to find that the existing pump was under powered for the bathroom and low quality. So...he had to order a new sump pump and came back the next Monday. I was expecting to be charged for the first 2 service appointments and the parts he ordered - but not so. I was only charged for the pump and the installation. If this had been an auto mechanic, I would have been charged for all services (even if they did not work). These folks make things right. I was completely satisfied with the honest and professional service Hunt's Plumbing provided - and would recommend their services. If you need a quick, responsive company to work with, Hunt's Plumbing is top notch.

The service is good. The worker were nice and they were very prompt. I will recommend them.

Aaron was great...punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the root of the problem and then what he was going to do to fix it. He repaired the leak. If i ever have a plumbing problem again i will call Hunt's Plumbing and ask for Aaron.

My heater went out the worst time of the year and portable heaters could not keep up with the weather. I called Hunt's Plumbing and Mechanical because they helped me out with our rental home a few years ago by showing up within an hour of my call on the weekend to fix a plumbing leak. He did the repair quick and the cost was very reasonable. Jason, had my heater working like new that same day. Now my air conditioner works as well after he made an adjustment without charging me. Again, he was quick to arrive, courteous, and the price was right! I would recommended his service to others any time.

It went well. Aaron called to verify the address (good, because the dispatch got it wrong). He offered to come the same evening, which would have cost more, or to come first thing in the morning to save us some money. He got here on time, was quick, courteous, and informative. It was a straightforward job, and he got it done with a minimum of time and intrusion.

Aaron was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He performed a few diagnostic checks, and in the end simply replaced the air gap (i supplied from a big box hardware store). We ran a quick test and the leaking air gap was fixed. The charges were very reasonable, and based on this experience I would definitely use Hunt's for my plumbing needs again.

He had to postpone coming several times because his job that he had been working before I was scheduled took longer than he thought. They explained what they were doing and they tried to save me money. They told me what needed to be fixed which one thing that I was having a problem with instead of trying to sell me a bunch of other stuffs. My biggest problem with them was they had to cancel the schedule so that was a scheduling problem.

The service was provided promptly and professionally, Rich did the HVAC work and Aaron installed the water heater Both of them were very helpful with tips and information -- they both did excellent work above and beyond I had them do a furnace tune-up last year and they did such a good job -- that is why I called them up this time I only planned on the furnace tune-up, but after seeing the condition of the ducts, and knowing they had never been cleaned, I had been planning on looking into having the ducts cleaned -- but then realizing that the dry wall dust and construction debris had been left in the ducts from the beginning, I asked Rich about their service -- The service he described was so complete and extensive and at a reasonable price -- I just booked it right on the spot -- discussed the water heater (10 year old gas fired unit) -- again had been thinking about replacing it in the next few months -- but once again the service they offered and the price -- and knowing it would be done efficiently -- I booked that right on the spot as well -- Great job -- Thanks

I accidentally punctured the main water service into my house digging a drainage trench on a Saturday afternoon. Once I found the street shutoff I spent a couple of hours talking to plumbers' answering machines until finally I reached Hunt's answering service. Jason, the owner, called back and talked me through the situation ("is the water shut off? is the pipe iron or black plastic?"). The next day Aaron called promptly and was on the scene even before I got home from church. I had dug out the pipe and extended the trench to drain the spring that was welling up out of the rain-soaked hillside, so he was able to cut out the damaged section and repair it in less than an hour. Despite the pouring rain and the muddy pit he had to work in Aaron accomplished the repair quickly, competently, and overall with tremendous good humor. I can unreservedly recommend Aaron and Hunt's Plumbing!

Jason was Awesome! He was friendly, responsive and friendly! We would use his services again.

Aaron came by to diagnose an issue I had with one faucet in the entire house that was not getting hot water. I had had a previous plumbing service come by for the same thing and all they did was change the aerator and called it fixed. (He even wrote that it was fixed on the receipt and also stated that I needed new pipes.) Needless to say, I was extremely irritated that I had to pay for nothing. Aaron is a true professional. He fixed the issue in about 5 minutes! (The faucet screen was clogged with debris, not just the aerator) Anyone reading this, please take note: Aaron also explained that when you have a problem with a faucet, DO NOT call a "Rooter" company. A rooter company specializes in drains and sewers. Call a plumber. I highly recommend Hunt's Plumbing. While I may need new pipes, Aaron was able to fix the issue for now and offered suggestions on how I might go about replacing the old galvanized pipes in stages rather than having to replace everything in one big job.

Crew showed up with no advance call and when we said we were surprised as we were not quite ready, the company rep said they don't call for morning appointments (contradicting the office rep) and that they could go away for 30 mins! Despite the bad start, we still had them submit a quote, which was based on another vendor's assessment. They didn't add any value, quote came up 50% higher than 2 others, and were just not very pleasant or polite to work with. And this is just for the estimating process; can't imagine what it must be like if they actually undertook the project.

The two man team was prompt, courteous and professional. They diagnosed the issues quickly and fixed them quickly as well. The fix required shutting down the on demand water heater system, flushing the system and making the fixes. Unfortunately there was a lot of water still coming through as they tried to solder. It left quite a mess and a few metal drips on the piping. I normally would not have cared too much, but I am trying to sell my house, so it was one more thing that I had to clean up after.

Rich arrived on time and did a through job cleaning and disinfecting our heating ducts. He explained various issues and advised us on things we could do to keep the heating system and particularly the dryer performing better and safer. Although more work than expected was required, he stayed the extra time to finish and honored the original quote.

I was pleased by the ease of scheduling an appointment and the promptness of the service. He was quick, efficient and done within a short time frame of approximately 1 and 1/2 hours. No problems at all with the service.

I'm giving them 5 stars because they deserve it. Aaron, the plumber who came out, was efficient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my work order issue. Just as important, he was conscious about not tracking dirt on my floor. Personality + Quality = 5 stars!

He was happy to make a second stop at our house before installation just to address our concerns that the furnace heating capacity would be sufficient for our home size. The installation was done promptly and well and included an explanation of filter replacement and possible fan speed settings. When calculating the bill, he alerted me to a $100 off coupon that I was not aware of.

My call was answered by the answering service, who sent my call to the emergency line. I was told I would receive a call back to discuss pricing and time to come, whether it would be necessary to come that day or whether the next day (a non-weekend) would be cheaper and equally feasible and sufficient. After waiting a couple of hours for a phone call and my weekend wasting away, I gave up, and scheduled RotoRooter. It's now been over 12 hours and I still have not received a phone call back from the "emergency line." In short, based on this experience, if you have a plumbing emergency, I would not call Hunt's. Not sure why I never received a call, but if this had been a major emergency, I would have been truly in trouble given that I'm STILL waiting on a call from their "emergency" team.

They put an object line down my bathroom line to the main line. They said it would be about $3500 to fix. They found a break from one of my evergreen trees in the backyard. I didn’t do anything at the time because he flushed it out by hand. He said I would have another 4-5 months before I would have to revisit the issue. 6 months ago, my bathroom was flooded, so I called them & had them come out. I mentioned our previous visit and when I looked, there were not new issues from what I could tell. However, they were then quoting $7500 because I needed a new pump for something. At that point, I needed it done, so I paid the $7500. They also didn’t clean up very well. I had to clean up some left over parts in my yard.

It was good. I used the big deal shortly after I purchased it. It went over the big deal price. It cost me about another $70 beyond purchase price. They did the job. I feel like they could have completed it for less money than they charged. It wasn't shocking that it cost me more than the big deal price. They did a fine job but they weren't inexpensive.
