Hunt's Services

It went well. They accommodated my work schedule, did it faster than I expected (both in timing of when they did it, and then how long they took when there). They were careful of my kitchen - cleaned up, moved things carefully so as to not scratch floors. They answered all my questions and everything works great.

It was hard to find a plumber on Saturday. Looked at Angie's List and found Hunts. They came when they said they would - and came within an hour after the dishwasher flooded my kitchen. He even fixed my fridge that had a poor water flow after our kitchen remodel. Their timeliness was the most important element to me!

The provider was able to permanently repair two pipes that had burst apart rather than temporarily doing so because he did have the necessary parts with him after hours. The provider also provided me with a company that was available to talk with me the same day about addressing any potential water damage to the house and the possible extraction of water in my crawl space.

Aaron arrived within the time window. He's knowledgeable about his work. Didn't take more than half an hour. Did just what I needed. We're needing to remove an old fireplace that had a natural gas log set. We shut off the gas to the line, Aaron disconnected the log set and removed the line on the outside. Then capped off the natural gas line where it comes out of the house. He did a good job. Will use them again.

Technician called 15 min. out like they told me he would when I booked the service. Technician looked everything over before deciding that he would have to cut a hole in the ceiling of the family room. Fixed the issue pretty quickly and looked for any other problems. Technician wore booties in the house and laid a drop cloth prior to cutting the hole in the ceiling. Everything was cleaned up and returned to normal prior to his departure Clean, efficient and through - what more could we ask for.

Allan showed up on time for the appointment. We tackled the shower combo first. I was afraid that I had an older Elger valve set that matched may drain but after some inspection from Allan he recognized the valves as being a pretty common Price Pfister. He had the appropriate handle set on the truck and was able to quite simply install the new trim kit. Next we moved to the master bathroom's sink. He dissambled the drain and put silicone on all the threads. Unfortunately that didn't fix the leak and he had to make a second visit to tighten the assembly and the connection to the sink. I was not charged for the additional visit and he was on time for the follow up call as well. Allan also helped me replace the valve cartridges in the faucets while he was there. He was pleasant and professional and I would use them again for plumbing work. One thing to keep in mind is that they charge a $57 dispatch fee that is not included in Angie's list offer.

Aaron called ahead and arrived exactly when he said he would. He quoted a fair price that I agreed with and I authorized the install. He answered every question I had during the installation and even provided tips at the end on proper detergent use and proper garbage disposal use. That info alone probably saved me hundreds of dollars in future repairs. I was very impressed with Aaron and Hunt's Plumbing overall and won't hesitate to call them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Again Aaron was great. He was punctual. Did a great job. We will be using this company and hopefully Aaron again.

Anyway they provided tips for the proper use of this special equipment. and Jessie the tech and Liz in the office bent over backwards to finish this installation at a rather far distance from their office(they're in Tacoma and we're Capital Hill Seattle). Since this is a condo install they also helped with the up front red tape that condo boards require when a common area (the roof) is involved.

He was friendly, professional, clean with his work and timely. He also spent a few extra minutes explaining other services that they offer. I will definitely use them again.

Company was professional when first contacted. Easy to schedule work. They showed up on the scheduled date at the scheduled time. Work was done promptly, with lots of patience for questions and answers. Work was done neatly in a professional manner. They cleaned up after themselves. Excellent having one person that knows both plumbing and HVAC. Jessie did a great job!

Aaron was on time. . Very professional and personable. Explained how the job would be done and the cost. Had good advise On keeping things running well. We will have them back again.

They were very nice. They helped me to decide what I needed to do. He even went to the store to get the parts.

The problem is not in the work that was done: That work was always promptly performed and fairly priced. The provider even performed a re-do on an outside hose bib at their own expense that I thought should have been billed to me. The problem is that I asked for quotes on some higher-priced work: A water heater replacement and a heat pump/AC. A senior person from the provider visited our home to scope the work. I never heard back, even after three follow-up calls to their office. It's weird. The work they did was great, and they seem skilled and professional, other than this one rather large problem. I will not follow up again.

Aaron was great. He was prompt, cheerful and very efficient. He analized the problem, determined that due to previous experience with that particular faucet's design that it could not be repaired and replaced it. He also noted while in the garage that a pipe on my waterheater had not been installed to code and fixed that also. I am glad I now know a good plumber to call if needed.

Rich and Jacob were punctual and very thorough. They spent five hours at our house cleaning out the blower on our heat pump, intake and return registers, ducts, vents inside the house and dryer vent. Rich explained everything they would be doing and the price before beginning the job. We were extremely pleased and would highly recommend them.

They were fantastic and very friendly. On time and down to earth. I explained exactly what I needed and he made it happen. The work took only about 45 minutes (max) and I am very pleased.

Arron was very professional and explained everything he was going to do. I explained my kitchen drain was very slow and backing up. He moved the main area, and sure enough it was blocked. This was the first time in over 25yrs that my drain has had an issue. He answered all my questions and offer his advice on how best to maintain my household drains and septic system, He advised not to use any store bought products like liquid plumber, etc., and to use enzyme mixture for all drains/toliets. This would help to maintain septic system and prevent any future issues. I plan on taking his advice and start using enzyme product for household drains immediately. Thank you.

Exceedingly prompt response to initial contact (next day) work scheduled a few days thereafter. Work done efficiently and thoroughly with no residual mess to clean up. Aaron Perry very congenial and professional; gave good advice.

Noticed the high pressure relief valve was leaking . Hunt's found the build date of the water heater and we discovered it was 21 years old , so we decided it was better to replace water heater then the relief valve. We are very pleased with work and the whole experience .
