Aaron and Jake arrived on time. They removed debris from the line and the faucet that was decreasing the hot water flow in our kitchen sink. They also took time to talk about repiping and crawled under the house to be sure that I didn't have any leakage there. They were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and skilled with no pressure to do more than what needed to be done. The charge came to $194, but I'd bought a coupon at $119 to cover up to $200 of work. Total cost to me $119. Thanks Aaron and Jake!

Called in am and repairman arrives at 2, on New Year's Eve! Squeezed me in thank you? I had sheet rock removed and leak located, pin hole in copper. Had this before so decided to replace section of line to eliminate having problem again. Looks like original Plummer let solder run down pipe and it oxidized copper, not sure why they didn't use pex, house is only 8 yrs old. A BIG thank you to Hunts Plumbing for rescuing us from having no water over Holliday and didn' even charge the holiday rate thanks again!!!! Would definitely recommend and use again. Brad

New Years Day at 4PM we weren't able to get a hold of a lot of people regarding a leak in our basement coming from a pipe leading from our bathroom to the sump pump. We got a hold of Hunt's and 5 minutes later we had a phone call from Jesse who walked us through the issue. Jesse stayed on the phone talking through several scenarios and eventually was able to help us fix the issue over the phone. Afterward Jesse gave us his number to make sure we could reach him if anything else came up. As a first time home owner it is very reassuring to have someone as responsive and understanding to stay on the phone and help you deal with issues. I will be using Hunt's for all plumbing matters going forward.

The two toilets in our house have never really worked that well since the house purchase 19 years ago, but recently the toilet in our downstairs bathroom was not filling the tank properly after flushing (it was just trickling a bit of water into the tank, and the flush was obviously affected). Perhaps we could fix it ourselves, but I'm really more interested in professionals performing their functions because of their specialization, so I looked on Angie's List. I do rely on the reviews from other clients to ensure that the service providers I use will be be honest and reputable and professional. Hunt's Plumbing & Mechanical had 540 reviews and, scanning through a number of the reviews, I found that the consensus was that the work Hunt's provides is excellent. As an added bonus, Hunt's was offering a "Big Deal;" $119 for $200 worth of plumbing. I bought the deal, with the idea that it would cover some of the costs, and hoped to have both toilets working by the end of the job. My experience was pleasurable with the company from the moment of contact with the dispatcher that I called once I had the deal in hand. The job was scheduled within days of my phone call, and the dispatcher was courteous and efficient. I was surprised that our service call would occur on New Year's Day, and there was no additional charge! Jesse and Scott, the technicians, arrived puntually within the time-frame window expected. They were kind and courteous, slipping booties on their feet before entering the house. The problems with both toilets were swiftly and correctly assessed, and then each technician worked on a different toilet . Both toilets were fixed swiftly, without muss, fuss or any issues. One toilet had a fill valve replaced, the other toilet had a new handle on the tank installed. New flappers were installed, too, for maximum efficiency in the service call. The only additional cost beyond the "Big Deal" was for the parts, and that was a very reasonable cost. I was actually very pleasantly surprised that both toilets could be fixed within the parameters of the "Big Deal." I believe that the technicians are professional, knowledgeable, quick and able in the performance of the job and extremely pleasant. I believe that the cost was quite fair. I would absolutely call this company again, and will for any plumbing issues that might arise.

Went fine and best thing about the visit is I now know how to do the heater flushing myself.

The service was quick and easy. The technician arrived on time and was very good at explaining what he was checking and how to keep up on maintenance. He was very clean and polite. I would definitely use Hunt's again.

They came out and did an excellent job.

The men arrived on time, one supervisor and his apprentice. Both men were cordial and did not mind us asking questions. The supervisor watched the younger man remove the old water heater and install the new one. The supervisor explained the apprentice was not supposed to talk while the supervisor explained all that was taking place, offering helpful advice related to taking care of the water heater and sending in the warranty registration.

It was a pleasure dealing with Hunt's. From the initial call to schedule the appt. for a gas line installation through the city inspection, Hunt's was very professional and punctual. Aaron, the technician, seemed very knowledgeable, and he corrected a secondary issue with my water heater's expansion tank while onsite. Pricing was very reasonable. I plan on using Hunt's for future plumbing and mechanical needs. A+

They were on time, neat and finished in their time allotment. Jessie was the worker. He was very organized . He quoted me on a problem I needed fixed and then I purchased the second deal for Plumbing or Heating System Services (it was a plumbing problem) which I purchased on the 6th and the work was done on Oct. 10. That was a complex run of copper pipe with a brass fitting into galvanized. Jessie and his crew also did that work. Once again on time, cleaned up, no surprises, in and out in an expedient manner. A+ work.

For $119.00 you don't get much for your buck. I wasn't impressed.

I wasn't there for the actual service call but no complaints from my wife. Scheduling was easy and they are very responsive. Everything works great and if we have any plumbing needs, we won't hesitate to call.

Jesse is AWESOME. He's punctual, honest and does great work. I'm always a bit hesitant using contractors, but I can't recommend him and his team enough. All I ask of contractors is to be honest with me and do a good job...he goes above and beyond.

We noticed the water was running outside in our driveway on 11/16. We need to fix this issue quickly. We did not know any good plumbers in this area. We joined Angie's List and found Hunt's Plumbing and Heating. They scheduled the next day afternoon for the estimate and actually came in a morning which was so nice. Because we thought we had to wait to another day to fix. As soon as they looked the water coming out area, they gave the estimate which sounds very true price we felt and asked them to do. Gil and Scott, both of them worked together very good; very impressed team work; felt real professionalism. They are honest, smart, polite, and super professional. A very honest, efficient, and effective service provider.

I was really disappointed when I was told that the deal cost did not include the service call charge of (I think) $75. I double checked the fine print of the deal and there was no "heads up" that it was in addition to the amount I was charged. If you are going to charge an additional fee, it should be noted in the deal so that anyone looking to purchase would know the complete cost.

We just moved in two weeks ago. Jesse went above and beyond just a plumbing service call. After he finished installing our new kitchen sink and disposal, he offered to take a look at/find our furnaces for us. In doing so, he found a gas leak we didn't know about. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We will request him, specifically, each time. Really impressed with the service and cost of Hunt's.

Above and beyond services that were supposed to be performed. Aaron was gold standard professional and polite. He was extremely knowledgeable and was patient with questions. He even helped and made suggestions for household issues that were not plumbing related. Highly, highly recommended, and so glad to have finally found a plumber we can trust.

The fairness I thought was great.They weren't through during the inspection process which I paid $99.00 for to determine what the problem was .The tank that sits above(a safety item)was missed as bad during the inspection and which was not on the estimate.The management was very considerate an lowered the missed tank by $99.00 .This is was done with just by asking.No drawn out back & forth and because of this I highly recommend this company .Most companies just won't play fair anymore,this wasn't the case here and I appreciate the customer service.

I am really disappointed. I had suggested this company to my 87 year old mother because of it's Angie's List rating, but here experience was NOT GOOD. They did not listen to her or honor her request to use a specific type of part (PVC, not metal because of the corrosive elements in her water,) and they basically blew her requests off. She knows her stuff, folks. She may look old, but she's the one who dug the trench out so you could do the repairs. This little grandma has remodeled at least 10 houses in her many years. Just because someone is elderly or lives in a home that needs upkeep does not mean they don't know what they are talking about. She had to have the work redone to her specification. I won't be recommending your services again.

He could not determine the manufacturer so they were unable to find the correct valve. The shower was installed by the previous home owners and there was not manufacturer info on the shower assembly.
