The technician and assistant arrived on time to replace the leaking Kitchen faucet and replaced the food disposal. Also, reconfigured the kitchen plumbing. They were professional and efficient in making the repairs.

The technician was very skilled, very courteous and a pleasant guy. They were prompt and we were very happy with the work that he did for us. However, we were a bit blown away byt the price. I think next time, we will look at other possibilities available.

I had a problem with the heat pump. I called in the afternoon and they were here within a couple of hours. I thought I might have a big problem but Jessie quickly found out it was a small problem and fixed it for just the original diagnostic charge. He also checked out my system to try to be sure it won't happen again. Jessie also took extra time to answer a bunch of questions about my heat pump system. He was quick, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I hope to have my system run for a long time but if not, Hunt's will be my first call!

Great job. Jesse showed up on time, did the job quickly and efficiently, and let me know that the other furnace company wasn't adequately checking my system (setting me up for a furnace failure in the future). He also noticed that my air filtration system wasn't working and recommended a replacement. Thank you!!

My air filtration system was 10 years old and had finally dies (the furnace is still fine). Jesse came in, diagnosed the problem, recommended a replacement and came out today to fix it. It was completely smooth, cost exactly what he said it would, and he and Scott were very professional. They took care with my home, wore booties inside, and removed all of the trash. Great job. I'm very happy!!!

Provider came out to clean ductwork, furnice, a/c as part of a "Angies Deal". Immediately started inspecting the water heater, etc. We ended up replacing the water heater with a large 75 gal unit. It definitely needed it .... approximately 20 yr old with lots of internal rust and a failed surge tank. But, it always feels like the "Angies Deals" are kind of a foot in the door for other work. If we had it to do over, we probably would have contacted a couple different contractors to get some comparison quotes on the water heater before we replacement. They were professional, and, we feel that they were fair with us.

Jessie Elliott confirmed for me that the cracks in the cement pad underneath the kitchen flooring were a separate problem from the cracked pipe in the kitchen sink drain pipe. His opinion was helpful to me in addressing the problem of cracks in the cement pad with the condo association board.

I hired this company to repair a water leak. The lead plumber discovered a leak from poorly sealed joints. He resealed an area around certain areas. The leak continued after they left. I called the company. and sent another plumbing team to double check. This team found that original work did not take the repair far enough. They resealed more areas. There hasn't been a leak so far; we are continuing to check now and then. The company was easy to work with and sent the second team as quickly as possible. The did not charge us for the second visit. I found the plumbers eager to satisfy. They left the site clean, and they were always on time. I would hire them again. Diagnosing the problem was difficult. The only problem was that they didn't take the work far enough. One problem; the second set of plumbers locked me out of the house when I checked my mail. I had to break a basement window to get back into the house. Replacing the basement window cost $290.00. Overall, the entire adventure cost over $500.00.

The technician ran a little late for our end-of-day appointment, but kept us informed by phone, and this was not an issue for us. The technician was courteous and informative. We believe the technician Richard performed a thorough job and we are completely satisfied. Based upon this service call, we would recommend Hunt's Plumbing and Heating for this kind of service to anyone.

Jessie & Scott are my heroes. They were professional, personable, friendly, and got the job done quickly. They took pictures, showed me where the leak was and told me what caused the leak. Jessie even went so far as to call a mitigation/restoration specialist they work with to come out and see if there was any water damage done to my structural support beams. That company showed up after hours that same day! While discussing the leak with Jessie & Scott, I mentioned that my next thing to tackle was my furnace, which needed replacing. Jessie asked to see the furnace, and then asked to see what the first estimate (from a different company) looked like because I had said I was looking for another estimate after reading not-so-flattering online reviews of the furnace I was about to have installed. After looking at the estimate, he flat out told me that I would be paying a lot of money for a lesser model and that he could replace my furnace for less than the first estimate with a much better make and model. Done deal. Furnace is being replaced as I write this, and it came in $1,300 LESS than the first estimate! I would not hesitate to recommend Hunt's Plumbing and Heating; in fact, I'm thrilled to now be able to say that yes, in fact, I do know a very good plumber who can repair/replace furnaces too! Their dispatcher and finance person were also terrific to work with and made this whole experience as painless as possible. This company should be extremely proud of their employees, they represent their company very well.

Aaron was very professional. He arrived right on time and completed the work in a very timely manner. He was very informative on the work that was to be completed and exactly how it was to be done. He was very easy to work with and he did a great job.

They came during the window they promised.? They cleared out the drain quickly and gave me some tips for avoiding a re-occurrence. They cleaned up and were done.? They did a good job, quickly.? I would work with this provider again.

They provided a quote for cleaning the fan motor and ducts. This also included a sanitizing the ducts and providing a permanent filter. Adjusted fit for filter that had always been a problem (frame set up not right). Improved the operation of the motor and its longevity. Did excellent cleanup and wore booties into the house. All work done was proficient and aligned with quote.

I have no offer of information of quality or other aspects of professionalism as there was no service available during Sun. or Mon. when I contacted this business. When I urgently need a plumber, I can't wait several days!!! I'm going to work with another plumber and hope their service will be satisfying!!

Went fine. Hunt's technicians called ahead and asked if they could arrive early, which was actually better timing than our scheduled appointment. Provided the service I requested in short order and everything went as planned.

It all went well. Rich was professional, punctual and informative.

I called Hunts about a funny whooshing sound every minute coming from my bathroom floor vent that is just above where my sump pump is located in my crawl space. They said it would cost $59 plus tax just to come out to review my situation--service call--which was fine. Two guys arrived right on time at 10am and I made a little joke about it taking 2 plumbers to look at my sump pump. They made a comment about not knowing that my sump pump was in a crawl space although that is what I told the dispatcher. One of the guys went into my crawl space and came back up 5 minutes later saying I had a little debris around the float which caused it to stick and keep flushing. He said he cleaned it off and it was now running properly but suggested I might replace it since it may get stuck again. He also said it was good that I caught it before the motor burned out. I asked how much it would cost to replace it and he quoted me $895 plus tax. After I gasped in shock I told him no I didn't want it replaced. Now I had the original installer, PermaDry, quote me about $500 a few years ago when I was just inquiring on what if situations so I knew that was not a very reasonable price. By the next morning it was making that same whooshing noise again but louder so I went down in the crawl space and noticed that the sump pump cover was not replaced after they left the day before and that the float was stuck again. So I called other vendors from Angie's list and found Perez Plumbing who came out right away on a Saturday and only charged me $550 to replace it...did I say this? On a Saturday!

They wound up charging me over $1300 to replace the hot water heater. They were really fair about their pricing because I got another estimate. He seemed pretty seasoned. He had a helper with him. There was still water on the floor, that they didn't clean up. That was the only thing. I called them for an inspection and I wound up paying all that money for a brand new one.

He was very helpful. Even resolved an electrical issue while here.

I did not know whether it needed replacing or not, but they said it did and it turned out to be very expensive. It cost $59 just to come out and look at it. I guess they did what they needed to do. He was very nice about it. He took it out, put it in his truck and asked me if I wanted to see it. I feel like I should have been forewarned or something. It was almost $1,000 and I was shocked. The sump pump was buried in the ground and it drains water off the roof onto an alley where there is a drain. It did not take him long to do it. It was raining that day. I guess the quality is good. He insisted it was better quality than he took out. It is level, heavy duty and is doing the job. They got out right away.

Aaron did a good job of fixing a leaking bath tub. He tried the least expensive and invasive solution first...and it worked. We didn't need to tear into walls. Very friendly. Also they guarantee the work for one year.

My water bill was tripling, so based upon Angie's List review, I asked for Hunt's plumbing for help. When I called the company, I was informed that Hunt's does not have electrical water leak detection system to detect buried pipe leak. Hunt's might need to contract the work out themselves, so I asked for another company to do detection work and clearly marked out where the leak was. When our set appointment date came, Aaron showed up from Hunt's plumbing. After observing the area, he decided that he also needs to know where the gas pipes are, so he called the gas pipe detectors for me and then left. Aaron then came back on the 12/29 to dig up the broken pipe and fixed the problem. After work he put everything back neatly and left. Overall, Aaron had great professionalism, punctuality, and was pleasant to work with.
