Price was competitive and I was scheduled very quickly. Nate and Ian were my technicians. Install began before 8am and was a difficult install given placement of heater in 2nd story attic amid beams and joists. Install lasted almost 14 hours. They were troopers and worked diligently and happily until the end. I was well-informed throughout the process and they didn’t leave until I had heat restored to the home. A+ Hunts will be my one and only heating/cooling/water people from now on.

The system has not yet been brought on line. Therefore the results remain unknown. Also, it was not made clear to me that installation of this system would not lead to the now non functioning Kadet baseboard heater being removed or even disabled.I will hire a handyman to complete this portion of the project.

Went above and beyond the call of duty. Efficiency and effectively got the job done with excellent customer service.

Hunts Services was great! They called back the next morning and the technician was there after lunch. He diagnosed the problem right away. The circuit that controls the living room, front house lights, half bathroom kept tripping due to arc faults caused by a faulty fuse. It was not an easy part to find; but he found one in Bellevue, WA and replaced it quickly. Thank you Hunt’s!

We have used Hunts twice for services in the past few months. Both times we have been thoroughly satisfied. They replaced a tankless water heater that had given us trouble for years. Austin did the install and it went perfectly. They completed the job for thousands less than we were quoted by another company. Most recently, Alfredo came out to fix a few leaks in our kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Again, efficient and fast service and they fit us in the same day. Great company.

The repairman was outstanding. He immediately identified the problem and gave me an estimate to make the repair. He also gave an accurate estimate on the time it would take to make this repair.

It went very good they were prompt in scheduling and coming to the house, I called this morning and we’re here about an hour later.The team that came were very professional and knowledgeable about my needs and concerns excellent team and very trustworthy this company will be used again .

The team from Hunt's service were personable and efficient. They did a thorough job of inspecting, hydro-jetting, then reinspecting our storm drain and of locating and identifying a damaged area.

It went real well. Alfredo was great. He worked non stop and did an excellent job. He knew what to do and did it. Showed us what was wrong every step of the way. So we could see what was wrong.

On time, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable. Explained all the work ahead of time. Gave a couple different options for the repair. Shared possible issues to watch out for going forward with no attempt to sell additional services. Plan to use again for other services.

Hunt’s always responds immediately to calls. My technician, Michael, went above and beyond with my service today, and gave me advice for the future in how to manage my issue with the panel. I’m reassured that the work comes with a warranty, too.

It went great! We called as soon as we had a problem and they sent Ben out within two hours of calling, he diagnosed the problem, took out the old hot water heater and got a replacement put in in a couple hours.

Omg Hunts is absolutely amazing. Jon and his son put my mind at ease and ensured my family was safe from all the crap in my ducts. I would use him over my own mom to clean my ducks. He explained to us the process and showed me how duty my unit was. I highly recommended this service from Hunts because it is deadly the things we breathe in from a unclean unit

Michael the electrician was amazing but the price was way too high. They did come down a bit but for a fab replacement and one where all they had to do is plug the new wires in way too much money. Michael the electrician was awesome though.

Nate, Jason and the electricians that worked with them were fantastic! I couldn’t be happier with their service. They installed a new heat pump and central A/C for me, and were punctual, professional and efficient. They explained the work they were doing so that I understood what was going on, and even identified some potential issues that I hadn’t noticed. I’m glad I went with Hunt’s, and they’ll definitely be my first choice for HVAC moving forward.

The Tacoma company is great. They will come to our home in Newcastle to clean out our dryer vent (which is on top of the roof) without demanding that they clean out all the ductwork in our home. Very few companies will do that. They are efficient and knowledgeable, and we will continue to hire them each year.

I have been a customer with Hunts services for several years on their Gold Care Plan .. Last year they charged me $349 to replace a capacitor, you can buy a capacitor for under $20, I complained to them about the cost and got a $185 credit. The capacitor was replaced on my annual maintenance schedule. That capacitor lasted four months and I replaced it myself with a capacitor with a 5 year guarantee with a total cost less than $10.00 ... As a Gold Card Member I am suppose to get a two year warranty so I asked for a credit, I was told the service manager would contact me in 48 business hours ..LOL Another benefit of Gold Card Membership, same day service, I never got a call from the service manager. I did not expect to get a capacitor from them for retail pricing of Amazon but I did not expect to get gouged either. Very unprofessional lack of response from their service manager. Gold Card Membership is a joke

Intake fans on our heat pump were set so high that the filter was literally whistling. They scheduled an inspection at the wrong address in another city (my day wasted). Then the inspection failed (another day). After the correction, no inspection was scheduled when I was told there was (a Friday, another day wasted). Further, the apparently one person in the company able to schedule inspections was out until the following Wednesday. Thursday afternoon, I came home to an orange inspector's tag on my door stating he'd been and gone. I hadn't been informed of an inspection. For the money I've paid, I'm wholly dissatisfied with the service. Inattention to detail and poor communication and follow-through.

I hired this company in 2016 to repair a leaking pipe in my home and unfortunately had a terrible experience with the contractor, Josh, who is the brother of the company's owner. He overcharged me and kept increasing his service price saying there needs to be more tools and labor than he initially thought. It ended up costing 10 times more than what was quoted initially, and the final cost was around 4300 dollars. (Look at the picture, do you really think he did work that was worth 4300 dollars?) He failed to properly explain the scope of the work and the final outcome, leaving me responsible for additional repairs and demolitions. The final result was not satisfactory and Josh's assurance that the job would be covered by insurance proved to be false. I strongly suspect that the company, through Josh, deliberately misled me in order to get more money because Josh never told me to check with the insurance first, instead told me to pay him first and then get money from the insurance for myself which was not the proper way. When I attempted to address my dissatisfaction, it was difficult to get a hold of Josh, and the company showed little interest in resolving my complaints. I would not recommend this company and advise others to be cautious when considering them, specifically when it comes to dealing with Josh.
