They replaced the old hot water unit.

The after hours dispatch was very responsive and friendly, and gave an estimate on when the tech would arrive. Jourdan arrived within the expected window and called ahead of time. He was friendly and conversational, and expertly took care of the problem while informing me of what he was doing and what my best course of action was. When the snake cam revealed his initial clean wasn't sufficient, he went back and made sure the blockage was cleared all the way to the septic tank. Great work, friendly service, and much appreciated!

The actual work done by the technician to repair the water leak on the recirculation line was satisfactory. I especially appreciated his willingness to return and repair the recirculation pump that was damaged in the process of fixing the line, without giving me a hard time about additional costs. The reason I rated the responsiveness and punctuality as a "D" is because of the number of times my initial appointment time was changed by the company. I rescheduled my work meetings and personal appointments 3 times to accommodate changes in the contractor's schedule. I understand that situations come up, but I would rather have them be up front with me and tell me they can't come during the time I requested instead of leading me to believe they can respond quickly, then change it due to other priorities and competing jobs. This caused a huge inconvenience in my work and family schedule as someone needed to be home when the technician arrived. The changes in appointment occurred over a period of 3 days, starting on Friday afternoon until Sunday afternoon.

Service was excellent. Two servicemen did the work efficiently and professionally..

Even though this company is the first company to show in the list when you use those search criterias, they do not do Dryer Vent Cleaning. They recommend another company. I called the other company and asked if they would install a vent cover, I asked 4 times on the phone and told them how high it was. The answer was absolutely. They showed up today and said they cannot ladder that high and would not be able to install the cover but would be able to clean it from the inside. Now, if I am going to hire somebody to clean the vent from the inside and then hire somebody again to ladder up, does that make sense? This company told me they could do it, instead they show up and tell me they will have to move the dryer, etc. Wasted time as I went to the store to get the cover and now have to start all over again.

Went well and had them do some addition plumbing work to hook up new sink plumbing.

Water heater did not appear to work correctly at first. But since the first week it's been fine.

It went great - speed, quality and attention to detail were all terrific.

Josh and Jason were the workers for this job. They were here for approx. 5 hours for the list of items listed above. They were friendly yet professional and took care of the house with covering things and cleaning up any mess. It did take 3 appointments to have them come out for the estimate a few weeks ago which was a bit frustrating, but once I scheduled the job, they did show up and had blocked out the day to be here so they could complete the list of jobs. I would hire Hunt's again for future needs.

The plumber came and after he provided the quote, I asked him if he applied the Angie's list discount to it. He quickly said no, that the discount I'm getting is that the fee for coming to provide the quote gets added to the job and that's what they told me over the phone (he was not the person that I talked to). When I asked him if he was the person that I talked to on the phone to challenge why he thinks he knows what my conversation was, he started raising his voice saying "don't give me an attitude". At this point, he became rude. Hunt's should remove the "10% off for all Angie's List members" deal if they are not planning to honor it.

He had to replace the motor because we never changed the filter. He was super nice about it and super cool. He did a really good job. I think his name was Jessie.

I reached out and scheduled the appointment, took the afternoon off work and they didn't show up or call. I then reached out to the company, it took a few days for them to respond then they schedule. The 2nd time around the workers showed and the work was performed.

The guys were great and friendly. Glad I didn't try to do it!!!!! Replace faucet, sink, garbage disposal and all piping.....good job fellas.

Gill is a fabulous plumber! He was honest with me in answering my questions concerning my hot water heater and in doing his plumbing work without error.

The actual work was done professionally, courteously and expeditiously once the technician arrived. Only the water heater was flushed I did not avail to the plumbing inspection. My major problem with this company was the length of time I had to set aside to get the service performed. My 1st preference as 3/13/17, 8 am -10 am. When I called to verify the date and time. 3/13/17 was available, however I was advised I was to be available from 9 am to 6 pm, and the technician would call me when they were heading to my home. At approximately 1:30 pm on 3/13/17 I received a call saying that the technician would not be able to come to my home that day and would I like to reschedule. I was not happy and asked what I would receive for my inconvenience. The reply was nothing, but they could reschedule my appointment. I reschedule for the next day 3/14/17, and was again advised I needed to be available from 9 am to 6 pm, and the technician would call me when they were heading to my home. On 3/14/17 the technician called and arrived at approximately 11:30 am and completed the service in about 15-25 minutes. Taking one and a half days off from work to flush a water heater was not what I was expecting.

They were here, did the work, cleaned up and were gone...great service.

Called and scheduled an appointment on Monday, got a time slot for wednesday. Then they called me on Tuesday and said that they could not come out becuase their technicians were held up and had to move it to Thursday. Today is thursday, and it is past noon, and they call me again to let me know that they can't come out because their technicians are held up. It may work once to give an excuse, but when you get the same excuse two times in a row you have to wonder. 1. are they incompetent in their scheduling, or 2 do they just not care.

It went great, they were very professional and in and out in less than an hour, and our water heater is not in the easiest spot, so I would say they did a great job and we will hire them again.

The plumber showed up on time and found the leak. It was behind the bathtub controls. He had to come from the other side of the wall to replace the fixture. After replacing the pipeworks--very nice work by the way--he did not test the showerhead, telling my wife that it wouldn't be affect by his work. We left the plumbing untouched for the time he recommended; two days I think, and when we used the shower for the first time, a fresh new shower of water came spraying out of the shower assembly and into the walls. Hunt's sent him back that day to fix it, but we would have rather not had to deal with this oversight.
