Fine, My complaint was that they changed the date/time three times, not convenient when I was staying home specifically for them.

The flush and inspection and flush were well done. I would not use this service again because scheduling was unreliable. I want an appointment scheduled and executed as scheduled. Hunts does say upfront that if an emergency occurs my appointment would be rescheduled....and guess what an emergency apparently did occur on the day of my original appointment. Also they will not give a specific time for an appointment, just the date. This is not for me.

Very knowledgeable and professional. If you use, be aware that they respond to emergencies first so your appointment might get bumped. We ended up not getting service on the day originally scheduled. They are up front about this, but it can be a little frustrating. Major service calls ARE scheduled firm and they were on time and quick. I have recommended to friends and would use Hunts again.

Flush Water heater and 2 times they have cancelled the appointment. Still not able to schedule the next appointment . want my money refunded

They didn't flush the water heater because my water heater is too old to flush. They should have told us the service (water heater flush) is for a fairly new water heater. I didn't get the service that I paid for.

It went really well, gave us several different ways to handle the problem and explained very clear what can happen with the decision we make.

Fabulous. Tony was great. He was very knowledgeable and proficient. I have already purchased a furnace tune up for the fall.

Plumber identified issue as crack pipe and offered options to fix problem. Plumber did a good job of evaluation and repair. Hunt's made effort to come a day earlier than scheduled. I appreciate that.

They did what the offer said they would do.

The tech discovered that the pipe leading to the expansion tank was corrosive and that there was water in the expansion tank. I was quoted a replacement, including labor, and the expansion tank was replaced. After completion, the tech showed me the inside of the pipe and it was quite disgusting and almost completely clogged. He confirmed my water heater was in excellent condition otherwise. In addition, I happened to have another worker at my home and when I told them what I paid for the replacement, he exclaimed it was a good price.

He came to install a new hot water heater and he took care of it no problem. While he was there I found out my garbabe disposal was in need of service and he was able to fix it no problem. He was clean and in a uniform looking very professional. Their level of personal personal connections cannot be matched!!!

They checked other plumbing appliances and did a water heater flush.

After a bit of scheduling delay/confusion with the office, the technician arrived promptly and was very courteous. He found the problem with the wiring and had it up and running in an hour or so. The cost for the repair we thought was very reasonable at $75. The AC has been working fine since then.

The clean up was great. They got it done in a day. 2 people did the work.

Superior professionals, excellent service and very very reasonable prices. Much like when you take your car to a mechanic, you real don't know what's going to happen. When they come back with all the bad news, that's is truly when you find the character of a company. We started off with a simple clear the drains and once cleared, run the camera to confirm everything was good to go. That did not work. My drain system was broke in multiple locations to the point where their equipment became entrapped in one of the breaks. It was necessary for them to cut open my patio and dig to located their equipment and one of the breaks. I found out that I had 3 locations where the rain water was washing against my foundation. If not for them finding those breaks and digging to locate their equipment in that one serious break, this could have significantly impacted my foundation (now talking real money). I will use these folks for now on for all of my plumbing needs.

Our 6 year old 75 gal water heater abruptly stopped working. I called Hunt's Service at 8 AM the next day. The phone was answered promptly and by 9:30 a serviceman was at my house. They gave me an up front assessment for the problem and quoted/emailed me the estimate. They also found a problem with the initial installation and gave me a separate quote to repair it. By 11 AM the work had been completed. We had hot water shortly thereafter. I was very pleased that I could speak to a person as soon as I called and could not be more satisfied with their response time. I gave them an A for the price after I compared the cost to replace the water heater. They require payment on site and charge a $59 service fee in addition to the amount required to repair the water heater. They also offer a 10% Angie's list coupon which was greatly appreciated. The bottom line - they provided excellent service and I would definitely use them again in the future.

They did good work, cleared the line in a reasonable amount of time, and put everything back together well. I wasn't expecting it to be cheap, but the rate they charged was well above my expectations for the time and materials required.

They called us right back when we called to have it fixed.

I knew that a new water heater was likely in our future, and perhaps should have looked for an offer for a new water heater, as opposed to having our old one inspected. I was surprised when we weren't credited the $50 from the Angie's list offer paid for the inspection and flushing of the water heater. The technician informed me that he was giving me the $120 Angie's List discount, but could not credit me the $50 I had already paid to Angie's List. It seems that since the water heater was not flushed, I should get a reimbursement for services not performed. Technician was knowledgeable and shared information about tank less vs hot water tanks.

They did a good job on water tank, when I asked about the water pressure I was told the house probably needs pipes replaced in whole house. They looked under the kitchen sink & turned on/off the water, said yep that's what we need. Then gave me an estimate on the pipes, no suggestion on how else to fix the low pressure problem. I replaced the faucet myself and fixed the problem. I seemed to me that they are out for the big jobs or none.
