They did not keep their appointment and kept rescheduling the appointments on the last minute. The first time they called on the day they were supposed to perform the service and said that the technician could not come. They apologized for the inconvenience. I let them to reschedule the appointment to a week later. Again, on the morning of the service day, I waited and did not get any call from the technician. I was afraid that they stood me up again. I called the office and asked when its technician will show up. They checked and told me that they had to reschedule it to another day.

The plumbers Rigo and crews did an outstanding job and kept us informed of all our options during the plumbing/sewer job.

Two-person team arrived and cut a 2' x 1.5' hole into the ceiling to diagnose the source of the leak. Workers identified the leaky pipe and seal and replaced both.

Very professional and provided options of just repair or replace. I decided to go for replace as the technician said I had several joints that could start leaking again.

Hunt's Attempt 1: Technician (Rigo) tried to clear the blockage first through a 2" garage clean out, running 100' of snake through the line. No success. Hunt's Attempt 2: Technician returned with a snake extension and camera. He pulled the toilet, camera'd the line "to the first bend"—which, we found out later, happens to be past the actual blockage. He said he couldn't see anything at all due to water in the line (didn't show me what he was looking at, nor ask to show me). Then, he inserted the snake with the extension. Claimed he ran into a collapsed sewer line outside the house, and recommended we install a clean out in the back yard for $3959 (with a credit of $459 for work performed). Total paid: $952.60. Called SW Suburban Sewer and found out that Hunt's Plumbing is not registered to work in the City of Burien. Requested an estimate from two additional companies. Both camera'd the system from the roof vent and immediately saw the soft blockage. Plumber 3 had me on the roof with them. I had no problem seeing the blockage and beyond (well before the first bend Hunt's claimed they reached). The line and blockage was completely visible, and beyond the blockage totally clear. Both said there was NO WAY we had a collapsed pipe with half the house running freely. Both recommended snaking and hydrojetting. Hunt's never suggested hydrojetting. They jumped to an incorrect solution instead, and tried to up-sell us. Conclusion: I tried to negotiate with Hunt's Services' service manager, Stefan (sp?) for a partial refund (the cost of the camera and half the snaking), but he refused to issue a credit. Said the only "guarantee" was that they would attempt to clear the line. As for the misdiagnosis of a collapsed sewer line, he claimed it was an "opinion based on the empirical evidence available at the time." Hunt's Services refused any refund whatsoever.

It went well. He found that the original install of water heater had been done wrong. The water hot cold had been switched on hookup no relief or pad and pan and the overflow tank wasn't installed. Also needed earthquake straps. Those were all fixed and the boxes installed. Really like the installation it is much nicer than original plus he replaced the pipes for the drain and installed that in a box too.

The plumber was nice, professional and appeared to do a good job but the next day the new pump failed. I called the plumber and he arranged for another guy to come out the same day. That plumber fixed the problem and it has been working since then. So overall, they got the job done but it was a bit of a hassle cleaning up my flooded basement. It should have been done right the first time.

We did not have an established plumbing/heating serviceman, and it was the day before Thanksgiving! From initial phone contact to resolve of the situation, the customer service could not have been better, even though it required after hours service. Very professional. Serviceman called once he was on his way, arrived earlier than expected and efficiently determined the problem and, though it took considerable troubleshooting, was able to correct the situation. Communication throughout was efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

This company is not professional at all. I called to make appointment with them for three times but never showed up with all excuse each time and end up with the stupid reason that they had the new staff that she did not put the info on the system and today is the third time. I called them this morning by 9am and found out that the new staff that she did excused did put my appointment on hold by mistake again. the truth was I already talked to different girls last Tuesday around 4pm and did confirm by the one who's not the new staff and she did confirm that they did not need to call me again just going there to do their job. When I called at 9am they did not find my appointment again because some stupid staff put it on hold then she told me that she will inform the technician to be at my place after they done their first job but no one contact me or my son until 2pm. I gave up with this company and hope that Angie should check about this company .

They arrived on time and were very professional. Solved our water leak problem. Cleaned the site and explained the whole process. replaced the water shutoff valve and associated copper tubing.

it was a bait & switch operation, they said our hot water heater needed to be replaced, which it didn't. and then because there was a crack in one toilet they ended up charging me over $600 to replace it. we won't use them again. total bill was >$2600 which they said was after a 15% discount.

They were able to get out very quickly, the receptionist was very helpful and kept us informed of when to expect someone out. They did the work needed and helped with another plumbing project in the home. The plumber was professional and did a wonderful job!

Great! The job was more complicated than expected, but they got it done.

I ended up getting a refund for the $99 furnace tune-up that I purchased earlier this month. Here's why: - I called to schedule an appointment. They told me they don't do appointments (which is a little frustrating for those of us who work), but could give me a 4-hour window of when they could arrive, with a call 30 minutes before arriving. I scheduled the date/time and waited... That day, in the middle of the timeframe that was provided, they called and said an emergency came up and wouldn't be able to work on my furnace. They apologized and we rescheduled for today and gave me a 2-hour window for this morning... - 15 minutes before the end of my 2-hour window, I receive a call saying another emergency came up and they wouldn't be able to come out again... They asked to reschedule and I told them how frustrated I was and would not be working with them again... I took time off work all for nothing. This company obviously cannot handle non-emergency calls and should not be in the business of scheduling regular maintenance appointments, if they can't keep their appointments.

Expensive....really expensive and beware, they never gave us a quote before work was started. Charged $530 for 2 hours of labor and only replaced two 1/2 inch nipples for parts. Assuming the parts were $30 total which seems somewhat reasonable that equates to $250 per hour for labor which is seems quite excessive even in Seattle's hot market, especially with no warning or initial estimate. Background: We had a leaky kitchen faucet and i will give kudos to Alfredo for his professionalism, plumbing knowledge and quality of work. Although these were some great positives, we were very disappointed that there was no quote after he diagnosed the problem and but instead just continued working. When he gave us the bill we were quite sticker shocked. We have phone records to show that he was in our house for exactly 2 hours to verify the labor per hour breakdown. The above price I mentioned doesn't even include our Sunday service fee of $260 (This is market standard for Sunday services so i totally understand this fee) but as you can imagine, when your plumber completes only 2 hour's worth of work, and uses only two small parts, the ~$900 total price with taxes seems a bit unreasonable and thus was overall quite a disappointing experience.

They were fine. It was just hard to get the person come out but we are not really in a hurry at that time. But It was great.

The technicians gave us the pros and cons of parts replacement vs unit replacement. They didn't try to up-sell. The work was done in the amount of time estimated, and the technicians made us aware of additional discounts that could be applied to our service before totaling the bill.

Very well. He was very specific in his assessment and explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what his recommendations were for future upgrades.

I called to scheduled the appointment, the co. could not give me a set time that they would come but could only specify a 'morning' or an 'afternoon', I scheduled an afternoon appointment. I took the afternoon off work so I would be there. No one arrived, The co. called at 2 to say that the technician would not be able to make it today and I would need to reschedule. I rescheduled for the following Tuesday morning and again no one turned up, I finally got a call at 2pm saying that the technician was on an emergency call and they would have to reschedule again. I then decided to cancel and got a refund. If you sign up for this tune up deal, you are the company's lowest priority and they will most likely reschedule you appointment multiple times.

Technician Tony was very knowledgeable, personable, and informative. He wrote up an excellent description of the work he did and the verbal instructions he gave for maintaining peak performance of the furnace. Tony told me that normally a tune-up for both the heat pump and furnace costs $279.00 but he gave me a one-time discount since I had already purchased the Angie's List deal.

The only thing that we had a problem was we had to wait for at least three or four days before they could source the part so that was the time our kitchen was non-functioning.

Very professional, he took pictures and showed me the problem areas. Overall it went well, but I felt that the price was a bit much for the work that was done.
