I had furnace work done. Other than having waiting the whole day for them, when the estimated time was before noon, Which happened both times. They worked quickly, answering my questions.

"A" rating is specifically for Alfredo, he as easy to work with, did a great job and explained a couple of things to help prevent issues in the future. Scheduling can be difficult since they only tell you a day, can request morning or afternoon but not guaranteed. They call when they are ready to come to your house. It worked ok for me but may not for everyone.

Josh arrived on time and was very professional and personable.

Work done exactly as specified, for relatively reasonable expense.

They were professional, courteous and reasonably priced. I'd definitely recommend them.

Family moved to Lakewood, Wa from New York and noticed the next door neighbor utilized Hunt's and was in shock - the go to for plumbing, heating/cooling, electric, and drain/sewer-that's sweet. No need to call different people for various things and Hunt's became the Go-To. Called Ashley and Christine to make appointments and they were ever so nice and pleasant making the entire experience from the start as sweet as can be. Bought a sink from Home Depot and Hunt's was first to call and respond to request to install a sink. Hunt's sent out Tristan and Alfredo to install the sink and I almost dropped to the floor when they told me the price to install the new one and take out the old one-very inexpensive. Tristan and Alfredo removed the old sink and put in the new one, tested everything out and made sure everything was good before leaving. Called them for estimates for electric and they converted a regular light bulb to LED for two outside lights so the house shines at night. 5 stars for that! Met Dennis - transparent, direct, tells you what you need and technicians Sean and Chris came out to replace the furnace that served it's 44 year old time. Dennis made things happen and told us they can install the new furnace the next day. We were happy but stayed in a hotel for the night since it was too cold for my senior citizen parents to stay in the frigid house. Dennis communicated to me they could not make it on appointment day and were able to make it out the next day. One of the awesome technicians named Sean said, "Dennis told me you had to stay in a hotel so no point in waiting until Saturday let's get it done now". I appreciate the fact everyone here at Hunt's has a heart and can put themselves in the "shoes of the customer" and proceed. Sean and Chris came out to the house the next day after picking up the furnace arriving at said time and worked tirelessly from 11 am to late evening at around 8pm taking out the old furnace and installing the new one. Hours later, the house is heating up stronger and more efficiently. Thank You Hunt's for consistently super service. Hunt's has great honest customer service oriented hardworking individuals and Ive seen that consistently. Thank You Hunt's you have earned our business and loyalty for the long haul!

Snap freeze caused a frozen outdoor spigot which cracked. Unfortunately replacement required cutting some drywall in my basement to access the pipe. Alfredo and his assistant were great. Prompt, polite, clean, and efficient. Plumber's are expensive but the quote came in low/middle range so it seems like they are fair. Use those outdoor spigot covers everyone!

It went good. Danny, the plumber, was a very friendly guy. If I would of waited any longer to get the cast iron removed I would of really had a problem. The piping was almost completely blocked.

It didn’t go anywhere as the bid from Hunts was nearly 2.5 times the bid of the other two highly rated plumbers (ratings according to Angie’s list). How can a bid be missed so badly? The other two bids were within $400 which i would expect. This tells me that Hunts either does not need the work or is hoping to pull one over an unsuspecting potential customer. I feel sorry for the others who probably do not realize the severe overcharging...i am hiring one of the other plumbers this week, so not just a looky loo.....

Prompt response by courteous and attentive repair crew with arrival update provided by phone. Review of situation was expedited and two options to resolve (repair or replace) provided with costs for my choice. Chose replace and existing toilet was carefully removed with no mess or damage to bathroom or home. New toilet was installed expeditiously and everything back and working with the minimum of inconvenience.

At home, they found a bad bearing in the blower motor. I was standing nearby and could hear it as well. They ordered the part and replaced it a few days later. No need to replace the furnace at this time even though it is > 15 years old. At the rental, the furnace was fine, but I had the filter in wrong! They straightened me, and the filters, out and checked that all was well with the furnace. They were very professional and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Rigo & Cruz were amazing! Wednesday night the second bathroom shower valve broke and we were unable to turn the water off. To stop the gushing of water I had to turn the water off at the house. One it was crazy but with 3 kids it was worse. Called Hunt’s Thursday morning and they arrived within an hour and half. At the door they introduced themselves and even being told they didn’t have to had foot booties ready. They did an amazing job, the simple valve turned into a larger job that required them to redo the pipe set up but they never rushed and made sure it was done right. When they saw our pets they made sure if they had go out to their truck that none of them snuck out and double checked the door was closed and latched. Both were very professional and seeing the damage that was hidden from a previous owner they gave me cards to people they worked with and recommend. Before they left they turned the main back on and made sure there were no leaks. Highly recommend this company!

They came the same day, gave me a fair estimate and did the work that day, it even came out to less than estimated! Great team and great service.

Rigo and Cruz were very friendly and professional. They came in, determined the problem, and went straight to work. They completed the job quickly and were on their way. I ask for them whenever, I have a plumbing issue. Great guys. :)

Perfectly. Service was prompt and professional. Were able to replace with exact unit. Suggested an upgrade that we were unfortunately able to use due to our ducting system. Even switched an appointment with someone so we could have our hot water back sooner. Connected us with emergency water restoration company that we used. All in all excellent job. Would recommend.

We repaired the furnace and replaced the hot water heater. There were no additional charges and I was up and going again same day. -I have aging appliances In a house I bought bank owned.

This experience was a nightmare. I purchased $99 maintenance service via angielist. When two crew arrived, they have asked for $169.99 because my furnace was too dirty. I have agreed and they proceeded the job. Then they used the high pressue technique to sell me another service for $325 and I declined. A week later, my furnace stopped working and I had to call another company for diagosis. The 2nd company told me Hunter did horrible job on cleaning inside. They spent 30 mintues to get a lot of old debris from furnance and it gets back to work. Stays away from Hunter please.

Bought the deal. Within 2 minutes, Customer Service set up the appointment. Notified me the next day Plumbers would be there within 45 minutes. Unclogged the Drain. Recommend
