Description of Work: Service tech showed up on time and initial response to call was good. They did about 15 minutes of actual work and charged me $371.21. The toilet they "fixed" is not fixed and still does not operate correctly. They could not repair our leaky faucet so I had to go buy a new one as they did not have anything in stock. They installed a simple faucet for us that took tech about 10 minutes (after I had to drive to home depot and buy it) and charged $200 for that service. They charged $80 to replace the flapper on our toilet telling us that would solve the issue of having to hold down the handle to flush but it only works about every 3 or 4 flushes. Bottom line, they were responsive and showed up on time but they were expensive and their work only partially fixed our issue. I would not use them again. There are too many other plumbers out there.

Description of Work: A plumber came to our house to provide an estimate for work we'd like to have done in our basement. The office person we spoke to gave us a 2 hour within which the plumber would arrive and assured us the plumber would call when he was approximately 10 minutes from our house so one of us could meet him back at the house. The plumber showed up without calling which was rather irritating, though later told us that office staff had not told him to call. The plumber seemed competent and gave what appeared to be a reasonable estimate. Since my husband was unable to come home from work on such short notice to meet with the plumber, the plumber said he would call my husband and relay the scope of the project and estimate to him. The plumber called my husband shortly after he left our house and left a voice message for my husband. My husband then attempted to contact the plumber directly once later that day and then again early the following week. We have yet to hear back from the plumber. This is a disappointing lack of professionalism for such a highly rated company.

Description of Work: They replaced all three of my toilets because they were the old water-wasters and the shut off valves were not working. Aaron was great as well as the employee who was here with him! nice to work with, 'came back with no problem to replace one of the parts that was defective.

Description of Work: We had few minor plumbing issues that needed to be addressed from a home sale inspection. He showed up on time took care of the problems and did a good job.
