Hunt’s Services dispatched their technician Sean to fix my thermostat controller. He did a great job in connecting my nest thermostat to control a variable speed fan Furnace and two stage heat pump.

It was excellent. I was very satisfied with what they did. They showed me pictures before and after they cleaned, and also the worked that they did after they cleaned it.

Had a in the wall water leak. As usual CORY came in assessed the problem let me know of what I needed down I gave ok and it was done. CORY is always open to questions and is very polite and does a great job.

Great company. Called 1st business, phone rang 1 time, then stopped. Called 2nd business, gave me quote, said they'd be by later that evening or next morning. No show both days, didn't have courtesy to call me. 3rd, called Hunt's. They actually SHOWED UP! Went right to work, polite, answered all questions, worked all day over several days repairing my sewer & bathtub leak. Danny was a pleasure to work with, truly a professional plumber. The only plumbers I'll ever call again!

Reason I gave “D” rating was not for the service, the person who completed the job was nice and very professional, took the time to explain what he was doing and the problem. “D” rating is for the person who does the scheduling, has no customer service nor accountability for not calling back to schedule a time.

No work was performed, just a cost estimate.

Kitchen faucet needed repair, called Hunts. They came out as promised, same day. One tech spent about 3 minutes looking under the sink. The other tech then showed me a quote for $959.10 for a new faucet. When I said I couldn't afford that, they wanted payment of $159.00 plus tax for the service call. At no time was I informed of what was wrong with the faucet, what my options were for repair or replacement. I paid the service call, feeling I had no choice. Later learned that it was a $20 part, under mfr warranty, and about $75 to install it. Hunts charged me $180 for wasting my afternoon. When I posted negative reviews on social media, they offered to refund me IF I gave them 5 star reviews instead of honest ones. When I refused, sales mgr called me ridiculous, and a liar. I'm standing my ground, leaving factual reviews.

Horrible. After 3 hours of waiting, 2 people showed up. To fix a malfunctioning kitchen faucet I was quoted over $900. Left a mess. Charged $180 for a service call, did nothing, and I'm dealing with the mess they left. Quite a racket they have going. Will report to BBB.

"A" rating is specifically for Alfredo, he as easy to work with, did a great job and explained a couple of things to help prevent issues in the future. Scheduling can be difficult since they only tell you a day, can request morning or afternoon but not guaranteed. They call when they are ready to come to your house. It worked ok for me but may not for everyone.

Work done exactly as specified, for relatively reasonable expense.
