We didn't have them do it. ..They came out charged for an estimate than gave us an astronomical price for a water heater. Told us we need to re pipe there estimate was over 20 grand, Purdy plumbing came out told us our pipes where just fine, water heater and mixer for less than 1200.00. Will use Purdy Plumbing needs from here on out.. Honest and professional.

The response we received was very prompt. The technician that came out was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained the entire job and advised us the appropriate course of action and our options. I would use their services again.

The issue was not fixed..they place a new main line in and reconnected to the broken main line causing my crawl space to flood..they left my well running knowing there was still a leak and ripped my sump pump out..than claimed there was a break else where and would put new line in for 9300 and that line was not even broke thank god we did not do that and we invested and found out what they did under our house…never will use them again and do not recommend these scam artists

Very well on time,fast and knowledgeable.

Bathtub water is dripping due to poor work. Not stable and not installed correctly. Cauking was unfinished. Water is leaking through the gap!!

The service date was scheduled, but they were able to come a day early, which I really appreciated. The Harts worker arrived on time and got right to work. He was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable (even let me know how much water I was wasting with current showerhead), and completed the job with excellent (and lasting) results. I would absolutely hire Harts again for any plumbing issue.

Repairs/replacement part installation were performed thoroughly and efficiently. Technicians exemplified high professional standards.

Up to one point it was OK and then as it progressed it got worse I tried talking to their field agent he would not let me speak every time I said something he would start talking louder and louder I asked him to please listen to me he would not be quiet I hung up on him call back several days later asked if we could talk and again he just kept on talking and telling me it was my fault I didn’t understand the paperwork they charged me $10,000 with no result I was extremely upset and very dissatisfied with their professionalism I would not recommend them to anyone when I had other people come in and look at it they said they didn’t even go far enough to show that I did have a drainfield after they told me I did not very very disappointed

The work went fine, but I thought the price was too high. That seems to be a pattern for the top recommended firms on Angie's List

Terrible. They insisted on reviewing all the plumbing in the entire house then turned around and gave me a quote of $24,000.00 to re- plumb the entire house. When I said all I wanted was to have my kitchen sink hooked back up I got the hard pressure to do the whole thing as it would cost me more if I just had that done vs. having the entire house re-plumbed. I did not appreciate the scare tactics/hard sell they were giving me. Give this company a wide berth unless you are actually looking to have your house entirely re-plumbed.

They snaked out the drain but never found any problem. It was further down the drain. I had to get the blockage out myself.

Harts Services is wonderful and I highly recommend them. I think their prices are very fair and the employees are knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. My home's side sewer had been having problems for years and I kept pouring money into it to have it cleared. The last time it clogged I called Harts and they scoped it with a camera. Needless to say my 70+ year old sewer system was failing. (As were others in the neighborhood, 12 homes in one year) Harts said they could re-line the sewer rather than replace. I was thrilled. It cost less and they would not have to rip out the patio or car port. Harts had the job done in one day and I haven't had a problem since! The staff was on time, friendly and didn't mind me hovering and asking questions. I was fascinated with the process and they explained each step as they went. No one likes costly home repairs but an honest, reputable company such as Harts Services makes it less painful.

Scheduled an appointment for two days after my problem appeared. Was told I needed to re-schedule because Harts didn’t have enough technicians scheduled that day.

Not good. Left open trench many days in a adult home environment. Very dangerous

The cost from this company is outrageous! Please do your research before hiring Hart's. Over priced to cover their costs for Advertising.

Offered the $100 option, but went for the $1000 option. The line was jetted all the way through. I was tired of "clearing" the drain every year. This was supposed to clear the drain from the kitchen sink. So far everything has gone well. The guys worked hard. And what I truly appreciate, was their level of professionalism and communication. They did a quote for replacing all the drains but I don't have that kind of money right now.

Took advantage of down plumbing to charge way too much. Lesson learned... call multiple companies.
