Description of Work: We've called on Harts for multiple projects and they have over bid us each time by 8x the amount of other contractors. They make you feel stressed; as if they're the only company who can handle your project and then they charge a ridiculous price. They are unethical. I would never hire them. They are slimy and dishonest. Do NOT USE THEM! there are so many other honest, hard working plumbers out there. Harts knows how to advertise and that is why they have a good reputation.
