They are giving you false information, they never completed this job. While the tech that came out was professional their bid came back 3 times higher than the other 2 bids. Then they kept calling me even after I said no, trying to pressure me into going with them.

It went great. The employee was very polite and helpful. Will definitely call them again if the need arises.

This service is from way back in 2016. Over charged for the installation of two garbage disposals. Also gave estimate for excavation and repair of leak in main water line. Hired another competent plumber who performed the repair for half the price.

removed counter flooring and found leaking pipe and repaired. Was not allowed to replace counter flooring. I had to cover and find additional services to repair it.

Quickly fixed and drains well again

He had no personality. Also, charge was way too much for the small job.

They never ran a snake down my drain, and then tool my wife they needed to replace all my pipes w plastic pipes. I told them no. Just the area that was plugged (thinking they couldn't clear it with the snake) Then when I got home he was waiting for payment of $1179.00 I asked my wife if he snaked the drain she said no. So I told him to get out and called his boss. I wanted thier $89.00 guarantee. After talking with 3 people. I got all my money back and will never do business with that company again they are scammers.

not good , the found the clog they said to fix it would be 14000.00 said they would replace toilet dig out pipe & replace it i questioned dollor amount they lowered it to just under 12000.00 they spent 2 days doing it & never replaced the toilet i called them then they came out & put one in but not the correct one i had to go back & fix it myself. they charged me for two yards of rock but only used maybe 1/2 yard to dig 15 feet replace some pvc pipe apears charged 650.00 a foot when they left i had to go out rack flat & pick up a lot of old drainage rock my wife said the workers were on thier phones constantly not working i feel a was taken & will never recommend them to any one ! i will for sure tell everyone how i feel

pricing was astronomical for service. $1200 for 2 - 2 & 1/2hrs work incls a shower vavle , their part turned out faulty .serviceman had to return twice to fix. they dont repair or patch the holes they put in the wall & showerhead not secured, hole cover slips down

Harts Services was awesome! They helped me out in a pinch and did great work! The tech did an awesome job and was very good about explaining things to me. I had a tub leaking to under my house and a funky smell in my other bathroom that I couldn't figure out for three years!!! Turns out some piping under my bathroom was put in sideways so the sewer gas smell was pushing back into the other bathroom. At least I'm assuming that's what the smell was coming from because after the tech fixed the pipe position there was no longer a funky smell in the other bathroom. I will definitely use Harts Services again in the future!!

Too slow and too expensive and had to be prompted several times to finish the job

Harts responded in a timely manner with a Tech to give a bid. The bid was reasonable and I would have hired them for the job. 24 hours later they indicated they would not do the work without any legitimate explanation. My belief is that either: A, they under quoted me or B they realized they couldn't make their equipment fit. I was not happy with the outcome.

Trenchless repair done in one day!

They are professional and get the job done with ease. The biggest point is they care about the customer, and answer all questions. By far my favorite company to work with.

I believe they overcharged me and they left the job undone. I had to call the company to have a supervisor come out and put a cap on an open sewage pipe.

drained fine after service, good work

It went well. They replaced everything and it still works today. Wasn’t very happy with the price. Looking back they charged me a lot because they knew I needed help.

and I had them come out for an estimate to do plumbing work couple leaks under the house The person that came out basically discouraged me from doing the work because of the high prices and what it would cost for him to crawl under the house but he did not want to do and I told him ahead of time when I made the appointment

Fine. They did the job they were supposed to do, check my sewer lines for clogs. There were none.

The plumbers were very professional, efficient and effective. I have hired them now for two problems and have been happy with their service in every way.

The guys on site, overpriced the repair by 10's of thousands. Then gave me a bunch of scare tactics and wanted my to sign on a iPad contract. The bid they gave me was 36k.. I am in the industry I just never told them. Got it done for 500 bucks and 3 hours of my time. Complete frauds. If I would have not been educated on the subject they would of robbed my by over 30k.

Bid price was very expensive $1200... I estimated job would take 2 hours...felt a 2 hour job should be no more than $500.. did the hookup myself in 2 hours

Hart’s was great. Cleaned the line. Sent us the video since the problem was a tree root that started on the City’s side of the line.
