Terrible. Around $6,000 for a few hours work. 3 workers. Then they wanted $15,000 to fix my problem. I found another plumbing company that did the job for $4,500. Also he said the $6,000 job would have been less then $1,000 if he would have done it. My problem was fixed and happy now.

The persons who came to estimate the work treated me like I was an idiot and was quoting prices that are way to high for the work. I would not recommend them.

Horribly!! The work didn't get done for some reason he didn't have the equipment. Yet, was able to crawl in the crawl space and left me with a $28,000 re pipe suggestion. I would NEVER recommend them even to come to your home!!!

Not well...1st water heater installed was all dented on the top. So had to have a 2nd water heater installed. Installation was sloppy/way overpriced.

Horrible. The plumber quoted us $1000 to install a $200 dollar item, we asked for an itemized quote and he said no. Did it ourselves. Horrible service!

The Hart plumber did connect the gas line to my BBQ but the side burner would only burn on low flame. He couldn’t figure out the problem and didn’t return to complete the job. Therefore, I hired a retired plumber and he solved the problem immediately. The orifice in the side burner was too small.

Proficient in what they do...but be sure to get an estimate and compare costs BEFORE you okay to do it. I got my re pipe done at less than half of their quoted price. Rehiring would depend on if no one else could do it.

It went great. He was so professional yet still friendly and my bathtub drains so fast now. I was very happy with the service.

Great. They solved the problem quickly and did not over-charge. They’re always courteous and professional.

Work fine. Workers threatened me that this time they would do the work for $93 but next time it would be $600 if I didn’t pay them $1,500 to replumb my sink. There is nothing wrong with sink piping, clog about 10 feet down stream

Tried to use my home inspection to find things wrong that he he wasn't even there for and gave me a quote for replacement of of my entire water piping instead of trying to fix a simple issue. The fix was about $50 and I ended up getting a quote for $16k

i called them to have them come repair the heater that they were supposed to have already fixed for the prior owners as part of the purchase agreement.. They charged the prior owners 2500.00 and replaced a pump in the infloor heat system.... They promised to be out the next morning and then didn't bother to show up.... There customer service is absolutely abysmal. I ended up replacing another one of the pumps (168.00 and 30 minutes work) and 2 solenoids (51.00 each) myself... They charged 2500.00 for a repair that took me, a handyman at best, 30 minutes to repair.... No followup and WAY OVERPRICED makes them crooks in my book. I would give them zero stars if I could

Wouldn't do the drywall and only did an average job on the grout/caulk. Didn't have a new door, so that couldn't be done. These guys won't even change a light bulb.

They successfully diagnosed and repaired. However 45 minutes of diagnostics/repair with no parts needed to be replaced. Then to be told $380+ bill. Call me stupid, but thSt doesn’t add up.

Their website lists Commercial kitchen plumbing and design, but they said it was too large of a job and could not work with me, only the owners whom tasked me with the project.

The assessment went very well. The installation will be in 2 weeks

We are in a mobile home in a park. They checked our lines in the mobile and no blockage. Could not go any further because in ground lines owned by park. Very nice and it was a no charge just as their ad on tv says. Line was blocked at septic entry just as they suspected.
