Came after hours completely handled it .. it was a lot of money but after hours I understand.

Awful, worker said x$s for the replacement and repair of crack in sewer lol me. Worker mislabeled paperwork and workers sent did another job. Then they want $ for a lie to the point where an owner came to my home and was so against women handling business he offered to explain to my husband. After a lengthy discussion he cut thousands off the total/admittedly that he would eat the bill/I felt half was fair coz some guy dug in my yard….because of their own error but of course expectation was for me to pay it in total if I had no question what went wrong and proved they lied. I would Never do any type of business with this company as it’s reputation has gone done the crapper. Look at local reviews on other sites and find the same complaints/recent they did a huge job in a gals house and bought the wrong toilet, it wouldn’t fit then the owner had to get involved with that also//the lady grieved what a hassle to have a “professional “ be so poor at the knowledge and that the company has many communication issues. Honestly just RUN to another company and roll the dice if this is a new market to you/you’ll learn a lot along the way and I learned that Harts is Awful, they lie, they cannot do proper paperwork or communicate within a normal reason, they actually did the wrong job, I literally have not a positive note at all….hmm even the annoying follow up calls to ask if I’ve displayed my Harts Services sign to be entered in a monthly drawing is bogus….yah I got off that call list immediately and the sign went to the dump.

Watermain broken,repaired & running in 3 hours. They were great!

Not cheap but great job and service exceptionally fast and efficient I'm a perfectionist and I'm happy.

Got post bases made with pressure treated wood. Good job.

Wouldn't do the drywall and only did an average job on the grout/caulk. Didn't have a new door, so that couldn't be done. These guys won't even change a light bulb.

The bid provided by Hart's was unreasonable. It was 4x higher than any competing companies. Strongly recommend you look elsewhere and make sure to get competing quotes!

They successfully diagnosed and repaired. However 45 minutes of diagnostics/repair with no parts needed to be replaced. Then to be told $380+ bill. Call me stupid, but thSt doesn’t add up.

Initially it was good. They offered to replace my water heater in the middle of a snow storm. Other companies were not willing to do so. The technician was great and I really appreciated him for working through the winter storm. However, my problems with Harts Services began when I needed an itemized invoice. My home warranty requires an itemized invoice so they can reimburse me the cost of the repair work. Also, I was told by the technician that I would receive the work permit for the water heater installation... I have not received that work permit. I sent several emails to the manager, Jason Mahaffey, requesting an itemized invoice. Jason responded twice. I never received the itemized invoice and I was not able to receive full reimbursement of work I had done that evening. As I mentioned earlier, I have not received the work permit from Hart's Services for the new water heater. If you have a home warranty plan, I do not recommend this company. They are not willing to help out consumers like us in my experience. The technician that was at my home was the ONLY bright spot of my experience with Hart's Service. The front office customer service completely changed what could have been a positive experience into a very negative and financially expensive lesson for me.

The Hart plumber did connect the gas line to my BBQ but the side burner would only burn on low flame. He couldn’t figure out the problem and didn’t return to complete the job. Therefore, I hired a retired plumber and he solved the problem immediately. The orifice in the side burner was too small.

They did a excellent job. I would use this contractor again.

Really badly and overpriced, please shop around before hiring these guys. You can find better quality for much less the cost. The spent more time up selling their services than properly diagnosing and fixing the problem. Their inability to do so was confirmed by the next company that came in and fixed the damage they did.

Proficient in what they do...but be sure to get an estimate and compare costs BEFORE you okay to do it. I got my re pipe done at less than half of their quoted price. Rehiring would depend on if no one else could do it.

The persons who came to estimate the work treated me like I was an idiot and was quoting prices that are way to high for the work. I would not recommend them.

I absolutely would NOT recommend Harts. The fact that they continue to push me for reviews and call or email me to try and get me to use them is completely ridiculous. This is a big scam company who will charge you $100 just to show up before attempting to convince you to do $20k in unnecessary work. I hired them for a leak in my wall. The wall was alreaddy open and the leak was found and identified prior to them showing up. The tech offered us two option- repipe my entire hours (which is 15 years old) for $20k (not including drywall work) or for $1300 they'd repair the pinhole leak we'd located on our own. I sent them packing and hired a local family owned business who agreed this quote was outrageous. I paid less than 1/3rd of the price Harts quoted me by going elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money on these sleazy plumbers. HARTS CAN STOP CALLING AND EMAILING ME ANYTIME AS I'VE ASKED THEM TO STOP CONTACTING ME REPEATEDLY.
