I feel that they took advantage of us On price . We needed to get the sewer Un clogged at my business and they were the only ones that could come out that day . When we were given a price it was high . They did a temp fix and paid then for what was completed. That gave us time to check around and had two bids come in half of what they quoted . I went with the lower of the two other quotes and with what I already paid harts it was still 4000 cheaper

The cost from this company is outrageous! Please do your research before hiring Hart's. Over priced to cover their costs for Advertising.

Great fast response and great service. Technician was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Hot water tank broke and leaking at 1:00 PM. By 6:00 PM same day they replaced the tank and hauled the old one away.

Great, a bit of a roller coaster for cost but came out in the middle of the range provided for the sewer repair. The toilet was fixing a remodel contractor's bad work. Pricing is reasonable and they were prompt. Great communication.

Need faucet replaced. Wanted over $500 to do it. It is a standard replacement Collected $40 to give me estimate.

They claim they completed my job?? They did not do any work for me...so soliciting reviews on uncompleted work...automatic 1.0 rating.

They are terrible. Harts Services quoted me a price to clean the sewer, scope the sewer and pull and put back the toilet--$1,485.00 I got an other Licensed plumber to do the exact same job for $219.86. I will never call Harts services again.

they stated would not be able to help me for 7-10 days. no efort was made to wrk with me on scheduling

Not only did they spend almost no time looking they didn't find it! The next septic company found it in 15 minutes. So frustrating.

Harts Services is wonderful and I highly recommend them. I think their prices are very fair and the employees are knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. My home's side sewer had been having problems for years and I kept pouring money into it to have it cleared. The last time it clogged I called Harts and they scoped it with a camera. Needless to say my 70+ year old sewer system was failing. (As were others in the neighborhood, 12 homes in one year) Harts said they could re-line the sewer rather than replace. I was thrilled. It cost less and they would not have to rip out the patio or car port. Harts had the job done in one day and I haven't had a problem since! The staff was on time, friendly and didn't mind me hovering and asking questions. I was fascinated with the process and they explained each step as they went. No one likes costly home repairs but an honest, reputable company such as Harts Services makes it less painful.

They got the job done quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

I have been looking through Angi, but then I get this congrats the work is done, and I've not started or completed any work through Angi. So it's probably the last time I look there for advice if I can't rely on the validity of the information you use.

They apparently don't service our area.

They came out ran the pipe snake through it once then they ran their camera down the line pushed through the blockage tried to tell me my sewer line was collapsed even though the camera was able to go past it then they charged me and we're on their way with no improvement to my situation I later bought the tools on Amazon and fixed it myself

Took advantage of down plumbing to charge way too much. Lesson learned... call multiple companies.

Harts was incredible to work with. The representative explained the costs and options in a factual manner, and let us come to our own decision with ZERO pressure. We opted for repair, which was done quickly and effectively. Highly recommend. These folks have customer service down pat.

Work went well. Labor costs non transparent and much too high. Service and admin people all great. Rates out of proportion to norm.

They were awesome. We had the unfortunate event of a squirrel crawling into our tankless gas water heater and chewing a wire, leaving us without hot water. Don't ask. Anyways, Hart came to the rescue quickly and enjoyed a few laughs with us on our luck and quickly fixed the issue. We've worked with Harts a few times. And will continue to call them for plumbing and HVAC needs.

Poorly- to customer base on follow up

The job appeared to go ok but after the contractors left we discovered some of the work was not completely finished. We are also still waiting for the final inspection 10 months later.
