We were very pleased with the total experience starting with the contracting process and finishing with installation. All of those we interacted with were professional and courteous. The results are beautiful.

This is a quality company. Met initially with Jason for estimate and recommendations on flooring that would work for us. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves the business. The install crew they sent (led by Danny) was stellar: on time, polite, did lovely work, and cleaned up after themselves. John the project manager was great to work with. A couple issues came up during installation and John responded quickly and fairly. I was treated respectfully during the entire process. I will definitely hire them again for the next project.

An appointment was scheduled, but they cancelled last minute. I contacted them to reschedule and never heard back.

Love the unified look of our new floor. Makes our older home look brand new. The installers found odd bits of old carpet, floor tile and vinyl under the existing flooring. All was handled in an excellent manner. Installers took care to level out the floor before coming back and doing the install. All done in 2 days. Very happy with Seattle Flooring, our install job and our new floor.

Completed on time in a tight schedule. Great communication.

67 reviews 1.0 star rating 8/22/2017 I went in to this specific place to pick my flooring and tiles for my new build because they are a sub of my builder. The project manager wasn't available that we were told to go see. He was on vacation. So we dealt with someone who said they were the son of the owner. He took all of our information and choices and said that he would give it to the project manager person for specific dimensions and measurements for a quote. Weeks went by. No quote. I called for the owner's son and he wasn't available. Then I asked for the project manager. He wasn't there either and wouldn't be for another few days. Still don't have a quote. So I email today (a little over a week later since the phone call) and ask for a status. I get told that my builder has the quote. I ask for it and he says I have to get it from the builder. What? You can't give me the number? Like I have to get it from the builder? What if I was purchasing it on my own. Would I still need to get the quote from the builder? Seriously? Now I'm looking for different floor people when I'm in crunch time.

It went great!!! The guys worked so hard to get it just perfect! We would highly recommend Seattle Flooring for your flooring/carpet needs. They are very professional, courteous, respectful and diligent to ensure that customers are totally satisfied. From the initial visit with Jason to the install, we felt that they really took pride in their work and provided excellent customer service.

I had to have them come out the following week to fix a few items. Jason was very professional and took care of the issues ASAP.

We had such a good experience with this company when they installed hardwood flooring in our kitchen, that we again chose them for carpet installation. The installers came when they said they would, did an excellent job laying the carpet, and cleaned up afterward. I did compare prices with several other businesses, and were very happy with Seattle Flooring's competitive price. I would highly recommend this business.

Seattle flooring company did an excellent job on installing the new carpet. Jason and John provide great service from start to end. I need the project to be done within a very short time frame, and they were able to accommodate that. On the installation day, the installers arrived in the early morning and stayed very late to make sure the project finishes on time. When I did a walk through and find a small issue with on a edge of carpet, the project manager John came personally to fix it for me. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for my next floor project.

We had an excellent experience with this company. The owner answered all of our questions before we accepted his bid, and before the installation the project manager did a walk through to make sure we were all in agreement on what would be done. The installers came when they said they would, they did a beautiful job, and cleaned up before they left. The next day the project manager came to do a final walk through to see if we were happy with the results. This was the best experience we have ever had with contractors, I would highly recommend them. We plan to have them handle our re-carpeting project next.

We had great communication from Melinda in the beginning, she was responsive and helpful. We had arranged an in-home estimate but it was cancelled when we found the cost of their engineered Acacia hardwood was around $8 a square foot. We had looked at 3 other flooring stores (Simple Floors, Great Floors, and CFM) that had this for $4.50-$5.50 a square foot. I had asked why there was such a difference in cost of the material but never got a response back.

They did and excellent job on timing and installation and craftsmanship of the "Bamboo" hardwood flooring, all as promised. This was done on our entire bottom floor of the house. They also installed Carpet, upstairs and we had the exact pleasant experience.

Everything went great. They were very friendly and kept us updated at all times. The house looks great and they stayed within the budget. They cleaned up after themselves when they were finished.They were very professional and we would highly recommend them.

It went great. Everyone showed up exactly when they said they would. The customer service was top notch. They understood and did everything to meet our tight deadline!

From the first minute Jason rang the bell to the very last one when John made final walk through the house I felt supported and respected. And this is to the excellent job! I could never thought that what we see on the pictures (especially those before and after) can be in real world. Now I know: it definitely can be when you hire professionals for your dream to come through. Fest, nice and quiet, you wont even notice them in the house when the next minute you realize how different your house looks like. And yes, they do clean after themselves! Will give everyone I know their card and hope in some years from now with my "next dream to come through project" to call these guys and no one else!

Jason at Seattle Flooring was great to work with! I felt like we got tons of attention and help when we needed it. Seattle Flooring did an excellent job! Jason, John, and their installation crew were polite and professional. They worked within my budget and time frame. We wanted new carpet installed before we sold our home. The best part was we got an offer the first day!

Jason is by far one of the easiest contractors to work with. He accommodated our very busy schedules from our first consultation to the very end of the project. He will not try to sell you anything other than his expertise on the installation. This is why me and the Mrs. chose Jason over the other 5 contractors that we consulted with regarding our floor project. Going into the project, Jason was always straight up with us about his concerns that may arise and suggested solutions if we encounter any of it. He never tried to lure us with upsell like numerous contractors had tried to do but Jason only voiced his opinion and ultimately put the ball in our court. Jason is 100% zero pressure and he runs a great ship and a great crew that will see your floor project through to the very end. I will definitely work with Jason and his team again!

Jason did a great job explaining the process before, during and after. We encountered some issues in the project and Jason was proactive to resolve and kept us updated while things got back on track. We love the final result!
