It went exceptionally well. The two installers were awesome (Vlad & ?) who worked hard to get the floors installed the night before we moved in front out of town. Flooring Direct recognized details that other floor contractors missed during the estimating and did a first rate quality job for install. Also the wide selection of flooring color, grain, pattern allowed us to find the right floor we had in mind

They were good. They bring me to their show room and to their physical and and they brought a truck of a carpet sample.They did a good job.

Jason was super knowledgeable and helpful and his team of installers were punctual and courteous and fast.. They even fixed some squeaky floor boards for me that had been driving me nuts for years! Would definitely recommend them!

These guys were great. Their crew was skilled, quick, and basically all you could ever hope for. I was really impressed by their willingness to work with me on my weird, slanted (1920 house) laundry room floor. Carpet obviously wasn't the solution but they worked with me to make sure they were providing the best transition from the newly-carpeted area into the laundry room as I found the right solution.

I highly recommend Seattle Flooring Company for their high-quality work on a recent project at our house where we expanded our oak hardwood floors and refinished the combined existing and new floors. In addition to the swedish finish on the hardwood floors, they also installed beautiful new base boards. I have never had a home project like this go so smoothly. From the first meeting with Jason to scope and price the project, to working with John to manage the work, to the staff that delivered the new materials, to the installers Anatoliy and Alex, everybody was very well qualified with many years’ experience, courteous, and coordinated well with us and each other. The hardwood floors look beautiful, were finished on schedule, and the work was performed for a good price, especially when you look at the high quality of the work. Even the staff delivering material for the project were friendly and took care to not damage anything in bringing materials into the house. Any questions I had during the process were answered instantly or with a return call a few minutes later.

This experience was probably the best ever for any remodeling project I have endured. From the first phone call in response to Home Advisor to the final details and payment, each member of the team was awesome. Always courteous, responsive, thorough, on-time, respectful, and job was well done. All my new laminate and luxury vinyl flooring, as well as baseboard, installations were done well. Customer service was the best. I got everything I asked for and my floors look beautiful!

Everything went great. They installed new carpet and hardwood in our whole house. The quality is very nice and was professionally installed. Everyone was friendly and the project was completed on schedule. We had a minor problem with one of the hardwood boards in the kitchen, which they promptly fixed. We will definitely use them again.

Seattle flooring did an amazing job with our flooring project. They gave us an estimated time of completion of 4-5 days and they were all done in 3! They were super efficient, courteous and very cooperative with working around our schedule. No doubt in my mind that we would hire them again for any future flooring projects in our home.
