Had a project that required several trips to get carpet remnants and received great service from Zack, Victor, Travis, & Denise! Hoping the project is done, but will definitely go back next time I have ANY needs for new carpet!

I recently needed to replace the carpet in my home, and Zach at Floor Trader in Tacoma made the process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. I must say Adam provided excellent customer service! As soon as my daughter and I walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome and directed to the carpet we needed. This is my second time here within the last three years and Floor Trader never disappoints. Thanks Adam for your assistance we will be back for all of our flooring needs!

Apex Remodeling did a wonderful job! We had our existing carpet and hardwood flooring replaced with beautiful laminate and tile flooring. We also had our curved staircase re-carpeted and the railings sanded and re-stained to match new flooring. Jason was especially awesome throughout the project. When we had schedule changes/requests, he worked around them without complaint and still managed to complete everything quickly and with a quality finish. The crew worked in sections at a time to allow us functional use of our home throughout the project. We have kids and pets galore so this was a life saver. Jason was easy to reach when we had questions and took the time to find us a comparable/richer colored laminate flooring at a more affordable price than the product we were originally considering. The crew members that did the sub floor prep, quarter round, and sanding/staining of our curved railings were especially professional. They made a point of communicating with us at each phase of the project, making sure we were happy with the results. The final look of our home exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Apex Remodeling to anyone for their remodeling/flooring needs.

The entire staff at Apex were very good and thorough. They explained everything throughout the process. During the walk-thru they fixed everything without question.

This was the second carpet project where we purchased the carpet from The Floor Traders. They have knowledgeable, polite and responsive sales people (Shannon Bradley). We are very happy with the quality, value and the final product, and will definitely purchase carpet again from Floor Traders.

I went into The Floor Trader and picked out Jeff to help me and I am so happy I did! That man was my life saver. For a month he worked with me on hardwood flooring, floor tiles, bathtub tiles and carpet. In the end I picked out with his help and patience gorgeous hardwood for my two bedrooms, hallway, and large living room, 12 x 24 beautiful tiles for my entry way, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room and carpet with padding for my upstairs loft. I picked out my tiles to be applied to go around my tub along with a backsplash design. I rec'd a great price for the products I bought, I did my research and Floor Trader was the best out of all the places I went to and they have so much to choose from. I do have to pay extra to have it professionally installed, which is FINE with me because it will be warranted for a year, but Floor Trader does not install, they have a contractor that does that so I will write my review for them once that is completed in August :o) I adore Jeff....he is AWESOME! BTW, I did not by laminated hardwood, I bought engineered hardwood that will be stapled down and it is rated as very strong not soft.

They were one of my biggest expenses. The problem was that I worked with this guy at The Floor Trader to design the whole house which took 6 hours. When the first tiles went in, I panicked and realized I didn't like it. I went back into the store and he was sick. The other guy that tried to step in didn't do a very good job. If I had to do it all over again, I would have started all over with somebody new in the store. I bought a different set of tile and I don't know what to do with the first set that I spent thousands of dollars on. I feel like they should have helped because it was their employee that was out. I will remodel only one house in my lifetime and they should have been a little more knowledgeable of that.

I went in to look around; salesman I spoke to was very nice. When I went in at a later date intending to make a purchase, however, I really could not remember who I talked to before. Still, I felt pressured to use that same person, whoever he was. It was almost like I was doing something wrong, and even though the sales people may not want to take a sale from someone else, customers shouldn't feel obligated to recall everyone they ever talk to in every store they go into. Just sayin'... Saleswoman told me to use laminate, as hardwood would not stand up to pets. Turns out laminate doesn't either. After about 1 1/2 yrs. it's pretty scratched up.
