We hired Evergreen Home Exteriors to remove our old siding and replace with Hardie Board siding. We found Evergreen on the Hardie Board website. From demo to completion they did a supurb job! We would highly recommend Evergreen. PS: thanks Jessie!

I appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail that the installers showed on my project. I would definitely recommend them for a siding project if you are considering one.

our initial meeting with an estimator went very well. But we did feel pressure to commit. once we committed it took them two and a half months to start the work. communication was not very well as they would call or text me while they were in front of my house rather than prior to coming to start the work. overall quality is great but there was definitely some communication issues.

My raised deck project was complicated due to the slope of the yard and sunken hot tub configuration. Sean and Jesse were outstanding and the workmanship was like fine cabinetry!

I think this is the same company but they show the name Evergreen Home Exteriors LLC. Jesse and Shawn did the work. They were prompt, well prepared, courteous, and worked through cold rainy weather. They corrected level of the under frame of our deck, replaced stringers that were degraded, installed Azek PVC with hidden fasteners and black aluminum rails with cable. They are obviously experienced and their truck was well stocked with all necessary tools. All of the scrap was hauled away. This was done in two and a half days. Would hire them again.

My mom had used this company to side her house they did an excellent job we were very satisfied. I needed one side of my house resided new windows and the whole house painted I was quoted around 14000 I gave a 9000 dollar check down payment they canceled 3 or 4 times on the show-up time almost 2 weeks out from the original date. When they started to do the tear-off of the siding literally stopped said they could not continue because there was old asbestos on the siding I was unsure of what the salesman said you can do their whole tear off 2 stories but we will only give $500 off I was like no way because I knew they had bid over $1500 for tear-off. Anyhow, I cancelled the siding project it took almost a month to get my money refunded only $1000 dollars because I still was gonna have them do the window install well almost another 3 weeks later I call the company said oh yea your windows are here but your not even on the schedule to have them installed. Over the course of this transaction, I have called numerous times and asked to speak with the owner and the answer is always he is not in and will return your call. Never once got a call. What he states on his website is not true at all and we will never use this company again. And watch out for your money if you have to cancel you will have a hell of a time dealing with them and getting your money back.

some boards on the floor stick up and can cause a tripping hazard. still finding screws and lag bolts on the ground. was quoted to take a week and ended up taking 4 weeks due to crew didnt work more than 3-4 hours a day. seems to be a lack or communication between crews and company.

Sean and Jesse were fantastic. We contracted with them to replace our deck and build a custom railing. They were patient and kind and their attention to detail was off the charts. We will be requesting them for the next phase of the project when we extend the deck next summer.

I'm so happy !! We met with them first and talked over everything I needed to get done to make sure we had the right fit for our deck project. They sent out two brothers to do the work and I need to tell you they were so meticulous in everything they did for us. Quality work and they cleaned everything up as well. Polite , Professional and knowledgeable. I'd recommend them to everyone. I'm thinking about hiring them on again to do more work in the future!

To be completely honest, this rating is for Leslie and Michael who did the actual work to create my beautiful deck. They were on-time daily, hardworking and friendly, making the whole experience positive. These two guys went out of their way to please me and I appreciate their attention to detail and mindfulness in asking my opinion on various finishing options.

Chris was upfront with the estimate and very thorough explaining what he saw that needed repair. Marco and Andrew (the roofers), were on time, polite, and professional. It was also appreciated that they didn't seem to mind my questions and answered them in a way for me to understand. They also did a great job cleaning up when the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company.

My only complaint about my experience was the estimating system. It is very vague and I should've asked a lot more questions when I was having the estimate done. Jon made it right for us in my mind. He was great about listening to my constructive criticism and not treating me like I had no idea what I was talking about. The guys who came to my home and did the deck rebuild did a 5 1/2 star job. Can't say enough good things about the builders! I would recommend this company if you want a really good deck built!

In my opinion workmanship was reasonable but marginally so, overall management terrible, owner not totally honest, sales process unacceptable, entire process inefficient. The only way this company apparently can survive is to overcharge. Most of the issues could have been avoided by breaking the work statement down and putting it and the estimate in writing. DETAIL A very poorly run and frankly fairly less than honest company. Starting from the estimate of the deck. The request was to redo the decking and railing for an existing deck using composite material. High pressure sales and price gouging. Home Advisor sent 3 companies to give me estimates. I did my own very rough conservatively high estimate of the job ($30,000). (Thatâ s 2 men 8 hours per day @ $100 per hour, including benefits, for 6 days or $9,600 labor and $15,000 materials with no business discount and $5,400 minimum pure profit. (They used an average of 2 men for multiple partial days.) They were the first company to show up and pressured me to accept a bid ($56,000+) that was almost double what I considered fair value even though I said I would like to wait for at least one more bid to come in. I declined and was countered with a 30% reduction to $39,000 if I changed composite railings to aluminum railings. This was just a sales gimmick. When another bid finally came in, I found out that aluminum railings were not cheaper than composite. I hesitated, but they said there was "nothing to worry about. They do price matchingâ . I was given NO detail in the estimate except for the color of the composite although I stated exactly what I wanted verbally. The excuse was that the job foreman would go over the details and satisfy me. While talking to the foreman the color was changed. Although that happened, I still received nothing in writing and no notes were taken while we talked. Since there was nothing in writing, I provided a list of what I expected to see to the foreman after the material arrived. Absolutely not a single item was ordered correctly from the color to the water barrier tape, railing kits, fascia, treated wood for structure, etc. that I asked for. I even supplied a sample of the decking to avoid any miscommunication. A different foreman was assigned to the job that just ordered material based on what little he thought was needed in the original estimate. During assembly of the deck each missing item was ordered separately causing a day or two delay each time. That extended the build time from about 6 days to a month. I originally asked for a composite deck with risers and fascia â all aroundâ . To me that says fascia for step sides are included. The installers wanted to install a pre-primed white wood fascia because it was cheaper. To get what I asked for would now cost another $2,250. That number came from another companyâ s estimate for composite fascia and risers (price matching). When talking to the foreman, he admitted that the risers would already have been included as composite, just not the fascia. I checked on the cost to buy composite fascia and it would have been about $500 to $600. Once again, I was over charged. I also never received fascia for the step sides because the treads were cut too short, fascia canâ t be added without redoing all of the treads and risers The labor cost should have been the same whether wood or composite. I have plenty more to say, but my comments are limited.

This crew is fantastic! Our project had several complexities as we were building on a slope. Every step of the process - from the site survey and consultation, to construction and clean up - was completed with professionalism, intelligence and a commitment to quality. Our deck is gorgeous! I'll definitely recommend Evergreen to anyone and everyone.
