Eco Movers

Was second time using EcoMovers and they did not disappoint! They took appropriate level of care to ensure no damage to my furniture and was impressed with how easily the crew handled the heavier wood pieces. The crew were positive, professional and fast. Cant ask for anything more! Would recommend Eco Movers and will certainly use again in the future. Thank you!

Great experience with Eco Movers. Scheduling was easy, they were responsive to all of my questions, Joe and Devin showed up on time, took great care of our stuff, were very patient and helpful as we finished up a few things, and really just made the whole processes seamless and easy.

Movers were on time, very fast and proficient in packing a few larger items, and moving everything to their truck. Very friendly and accommodating.

Movers were all professional, but felt like there could have been more of a sense of urgency. Move took approx 5-6 hours even with both locations having fully functional elevators. Would hire again, but maybe for smaller jobs.

Fabulous! Rick and Chris and Alma were in touch on their way to us and took extreme care with our things. They wrapped as needed, and respected our new home with floor coverings and care as they maneuvered steps and walls! They worked non stop, taking less time then originally thought. I highly recommend Eco Movers, especially this team!! Professional, respectful, and very hard workers!!

Our crew did a terrific job. They worked really hard as a team, were fast but careful. An added bonus was that they were a great group of guys who made a stressful event fun.

All of the moves were fantastic. Their rates are very good, the people they send out are very careful and nice to work with. They work quickly and efficiently, our items all came out of the move with only minimal wear and tear, even for things that move poorly, like particle-board furniture. They've been unfailingly prompt, make courtesy calls

It went OK but I found a number of gouges in expensive wood furniture. This team was not as good and trustworthy as the first time I used this company in 2016. I was disappointed.

The booking process was very easy, and the movers were so friendly hard-working. The entire move took about the time we expected, and it was much more affordable than other quotes we received.

Excellently. Only one thing, a mirror, was damaged and Eco Movers replaced the broken glass in the original antique frame.

I think they did an alright job, but not a great one. Considering they charge by the hour, I was somewhat upset that they sent the third mover away before the job was finished. They damaged some walls, but did compensate for it on the final price. If I were moving again, I would try another company. That said, they are probably the same as the others recommended here.

The team showed up on time to pack everything the day before, and again on moving day. It took a bit less time than estimated for the move itself, even considering all the stairs. The only thing to be aware of is that they only give you about a week (you can pay for more) to unpack all the bins. While this encourages you to get unpacked and organized, some might find that challenging. Also, since we had everything packed for us, there were only colored dots indicating the approximate location it came from, so finding specific things during the unpacking process wasn't easy.

This is the 3rd time I've used ecomovers and the only time I've had minor disappointments. They moved a case of cat food for me which seems to be missing now. It's prescription food that I can only get at the vet and it's not cheap. I called the office to ask if they could check the truck and was told someone would call me back. It's been a week and no call back. The other thing was that when they broke for lunch off the clock, the guy said he'd meet me at my house at 12:30. I showed up at 12:30 and apparently they had been sitting there waiting for me. I thought they would take an hour for lunch so I ran some errands. They took a half hour off my time, but I paid them for the half hour they were waiting. I would have been there sooner if I knew that was going to be the case. Lastly, it looks like they have their 10%off Angie's list special now. They didn't have it last week when I moved. I asked for it when I scheduled and they said no, even though I had used them 2x previously. They're good movers but compared to the perfect service I received the first 2 times, they fell a little short this time. And the new guy who answers the phone calls me "dear" until I tell him to stop. He sounds like a young guy and it's kind of creepy.

Great. The movers showed up on time. Were careful of the furniture and answered all my questions.

They gave me an accurate quote over the phone. They called 20 minutes before arrival and again as requested a few minutes before arriving, so I could bring them a parking permit. They were accurate about estimating that it would fit in the storage unit. They securely wrapped all loose items. Securely took apart a glass coffee table and handled it carefully. Also very careful of some valuable antique furniture. Darren, Darius and Alla were great to work with. I could not have imagined it going better. I plan to use them again when I can return to the condo

The team of 3 arrived early on moving day. Got setup quickly and were great. Our sofa was too big to fit through our front entry - they tried a few different options (at my husband's request). When it became clear that it just wouldn't fit, they placed it in the garage. Very thorough on placing boxes in the right rooms and so far, haven't found anything broken (having moved 6 times in 10 years, we've had many things broken by movers)! The only issue was that an additional crew arrived to help get everything out to move to another job. The new crew was not as good about getting boxes in the right rooms. BUT - all in all, great experience. Thanks!

The movers were punctual, professional and efficient. They took great care with my items and were very mindful of the home to prevent damage.

Great! It didn't take as long as the estimate, they were very efficient loading and unloading, and made sure that we got everything done that we needed, like placing furniture, etc. Very nice guys to work with, I would definitely use them again.
