Phenomenal service. Ricardo on the phone was courteous and informative and gave clear pricing and availability. Online inventory service to have you give an idea of what you have to move, a quote sent to you for approval in writing before you proceed. Everything you could want (wasn't the cheapest I talked to, but was well within the middle of the pack and had the friendliest interaction). Moving day arrives. I was given an 8am-12pm arrival window for Saturday 10/28 - I was already worried since the last Saturday of the month is prime moving day for most people so they could have tried to fit in another job and then arrive to me before noon and still keep the window (like other companies have done before and always been late and submarined the day) - EcoMovers called me at 7:50 that they were on the way and were at our door by 8:15. Jose the site leader and Daniel and Cesar were an incredibly polite and professional crew, and did a great job quickly loading and packing the wonderfully large truck they brought. Jose took apart our king sized bed frame and reassembled it at location, TVs and fragile items were wrapped in blankets, it was wonderful. For our ~1100sft 2b apartment with a Ton of stuff we were out of the apartment into the truck 15min drive north out of the truck and into the house in 5 hours 45 minutes. Cost was just north of $1500 which is very reasonable for the time taken. Phenomenal job and impeccable service.

Even though Eco Movers did not give the lowest estimate at the time, they hooked me with their excellent customer service. From the first time that I called their number, Cindy took great care to get my details correct and was responsive in coordinating inventory and schedule changes up until the day of the move. I hoped that the customer service during the move would be of the same high quality, and I was not disappointed. Ruben and Ofir were highly professional and efficient. They took care of all of our items and left our new house as if they were never there. They impressed me when they were able to deliver an especially bulky dresser through a tight stairwell without a scratch. I was definitely pleased with the service that I paid for. Great value.

We had 3 Eco movers pack and move us. It was an excellent experience from the first phone contact with Charlene. Communications were excellent and adjustments for things that came up were easily accommodated. The price was fair. The people worked diligently, carefully, and were friendly. They were completely trustworthy and stuck to their estimate. They were on time both days. We really appreciate their work! We would definitely recommend them!

Eco Movers were amazing. We moved from a three story town house to a two story home with several very heavy, awkward items. Boris, Al, and James were early on the day of our move and had everything under control. At the start location they covered our floors with runners, wrapped every piece of furniture in blankets and plastic, brought extra boxes for items we hadn't yet packed, and moved everything without touching a wall or ceiling. At the destination, freshly painted and cleaned, they took extra pains. Not a scuff and done exactly on time. We couldn't have been happier with our team and we'd use them again without hesitation.

Eco Movers in Seattle Mangolia is great. I used them for a in state move and was very happy with the experience. Will definitely use them again. During the initial Quote and throughout the process which was complicated where I had to store the stuff at their location and then ship again - the main coordinator Charlotte was great. All quotes were crisp and charges matched the quotes. They have excellent communications both online and voice. Luis Garcia and his crew Marvin, James were great. They marked everything and even dismantled and reassembled exercise machines we have. Great job by Eco Movers.

We hired the Tacoma team for our move from a townhouse to a single family home. Not only were they prompt and professional, Darius, Andre and Eric went above and beyond to ensure our furniture and tv were transported with extra, extra care. This trio made the work look easy! They did a stellar job and helped us move each and every item to a specific room in our house. Would highly recommend!

This company quoted me 6 hours and $800 something dollars but took 8.5 hours to move my 1 bedroom apartment into a truck, charged me $1,300 and kept all my belongings in their truck overnight. Josh moves one item at a time. I’m in average shape and moved things at 5x the speed as these incompetent employees. They show up the next day and quote me an additional $219/hour at a 5.5 hour estimate. My previous moving company took 3.5 totals including the drive. This company is 14 hours?!!!? I ended up carrying my own stuff in while they lallygagged. I don’t know how this moving company has good reviews. I’ve had the worst experience. They are not worth what they charge. They aren’t worth anything. You will have a better experience hiring someone’s nanna. Also, they didn’t bring tools to assemble my bed back together at the new location. I have nothing good to say about this company. I would give them negative stars.

Today was my third time using Eco Movers and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. Lonzel and his team were professional, efficient and great to work with. My belongings were moved safely and placed right where I asked. In addition, Glenda, who helped schedule the move was super friendly and made everything so easy!!

The team of Lonzell, Eric, Juan, Antonio and Nehemiah from Eco Movers did a professional and efficient job from start to finish. They arrived on time, packed all our furniture and belongings into two van trucks in three hours, off-loading them in four hours. Even though they faced three levels of steep stairs in 80-degree heat, Lonzell's team maintained a positive, can-do attitude while taking care not to damage any items. The 3 man crew was on time, prepared the furniture very carefully and took exceptional care while moving the pieces. They were professional and friendly. I've moved 7 times in Seattle and this was by far the best service and experience I've had. Red carpet on the walkways and stairs. Very well covered furniture. Truck was very well packed. We hired Eco Movers to help us pack and load furniture and housewares for international shipping. Eco Movers were extremely flexible, supportive and professional as the delivery of the container kept getting delayed. Once we finally received the container, Eco Movers did a great job packing each item and loading them into the container to make sure they are well protected during shipping.

Great! They sent two super nice guys. Hard workers, and so strong! I have a few antique (very heavy) pieces and they did great. Listened to my instructions and went above and beyond helping to organize and clean out the areas. And wrapped everything going into storage. Very careful. I would absolutely hire them again!!
