The administration team was on top of the whole move and Stacy was hands on throughout the move. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

TiAndre and Cesar were very professional and made my move extremely easy. Furniture was all hand wrapped and padded. They even rolled out the red carpet ;) Rates are competitive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Great company - I used to work for a moving company many years ago and know the good from the bad. Eco is a great company. Highly recommend. They we're response, careful and so glad I had them store our stuff in a pallet instead of hassling with storage myself!

I was very pleased. This was the first time I've used a moving service and we took care of our boxes but left all the big furniture to the professionals. There were challenges to the move and they addresses them methodically and took direction from their experienced Lead well. They handled all of our belongings with care and were very pleasant to work with. We will definitely use them again... hope we get the same crew!

I hired Ecomovers to relocate my storage unit from Seattle to the east side, since I recently moved there myself. It was also a chance to reorganize my storage unit since moving in to town the items were mostly crammed in there based how they came off the truck. Ecomovers showed up in their time window, and the crew of 3 I had did a great job packaging and moving my large storage unit. I think the crew wrapped the furniture items significantly better than the national full service company I used to move to Seattle in the first place. In setting up the new storage units we were able to ensure all the box labels faced front, and the furniture was arranged in some consistent manner so that I'd be able to get to the pieces I'd most likely need to access. The job was completed in a very timely fashion, the three crew members knew how to work together and keep things moving.

Eco Movers was great. I was provided an accurate estimate, and on the day of the crew was fast, took good care of all boxes, and wrapped up / disassembled anything that wouldn't fit in boxes. At my destination they placed everything in the correct rooms, making unpacking a breeze. I'd hire them again in a second.

Great! The movers came during the window, and called to give me a more exact time 45 minutes in advance. They unwrapped the furniture and made sure it was as expected and not damaged. They documented everything and were very professional. Both guys were friendly as well.

I told the company in my inventory that I had a piano to move. I was quoted $125 per hour for men and a truck with an estimated time of about 5 hours. Close to the moving date I received an email. "Opps! we forgot you had a piano." The new rate was $175 per hour with 3 men. The movers did not follow instructions to finding my apartment, since the gps sends people to the wrong place. They were about 1/2 hr late arriving and I had to go find them. I was charged for this. The men were slow in moving boxes and furniture. One of the men sat on the back of the truck swinging his feet, with his ear buds in. They could not get my hutch into the elevator and took it down 3 flights of stairs. It has been moved 3 times in an elevator with no problem. The men could not take my dining room table apart to make it easier to move. The team was totally incompetent in getting my piano up a short flight of stairs. I was charged more for their travel time back to the office than I was for travel time to my apartment. The total move took 9 hours and the bill was more than double the estimate. The payment was done with a credit card over the team leader's phone. The paper receipt was a carbon copy and totally unreadable. I felt very pressured to give them a tip, the minimum available was 15%. I make a complaint to the office detailing what went wrong and asking for a refund of the tip. The office contacted me and offered to refund 2 hours. When the check came it was for $250 instead of $350 and no refund of the tip. The distance from my old apartment to the new one was less than 2 miles. I have move many times, several of them long distance moves and this was the worst experience of all my moves.

to take some stress away from the moving date, I have hired two Dolly's to move approximately 70% of the house at prior weekend. when Eco movers arrived we were down to a handful of furniture items and no packaging services provided. the crew managed to not only consume every minute of quoted time and charged an extra hour for work that was dramatically less than original quote scope. my impression was purposefully pacing work in order to ensure max pay. found it lacking ethics and major violation of trust. I have preferred vendor over others to not to experience such attitude or approach.

I used this company 3 times from July 2016 to Aug 2017 while doing a remodel. From house to storage unit to apt. Then from storage unit to house. Unfortunately they were not available for the move from the apt to the house. I would definitely recommend this company
