Excellent service from the initial contact to get a quote (super fast and very communicative) to the actual move itself. Although it took longer than expected, the movers were efficient and made sure I was aware of all the updated costs. They took excellent care of all the furniture and made sure that everything was protected during the move. Great service and excellent people.

Everything was great from scheduling to the move itself. I ran into delays after I scheduled my initial appointment, and it was super-easy to reschedule. The online inventory tool makes it easy to get a bid, and you can change it up to the day before the move. Staff were very responsive and professional. The movers took great care with our things and made sure everything was well wrapped and padded for the trip. They were cheerful and efficient.

They always did an excellent job. They're very careful, polite and followed COVID rules.

From start to finish this was a professional company with wonderful employees from the initial call to schedule them, ongoing communication, and the amazing guys (Jesse, Dion, and I am sorry I did not get the name of the 3rd gentleman) They were very good and careful with our possessions, patient with we elders (!) so positive, and did a great job. We were stressed out but they truly delivered!

It went great. Our movers -- Boris, Chris and Glen -- went above and beyond, like taking some Good Will items and rearranged furniture upon our request. They were also very nice and professional.

Eco movers was the most responsive and professional of the three companies I contacted. We had a complicated move, some local and the rest interstate. Kirk came out and did an evaluation, made us feel very confident that our move would go smoothly. They had great communication with the quote and up to the time for the local part, they showed up on time, professionally dressed and made quick work. The interstate move again showed up on time with a large crew and made quick work of it. They even, half way through brought in another crew, 9 total to get things loaded they even help with some of the last minute packing, great experience. I’m sure the delivery will be the same, Kirk has been in contact throughout the process making sure everything is great.

The movers were prompt and had great customer service. They never stopped moving and got the work done in the allotted pre-estimated time provided. 5 bedroom house with a piano in 6 hours.

I hired a 3-man crew to help me move. All 3 individuals were very professional, efficient, and nice. I was impressed how easily they maneuvered bulky furniture. The team was great, and I'd hire them again for any future moves in the Greater Seattle area.

We had a tight time frame as we were only required to schedule a day and 3 hour block (from 12 to 3 PM) to move in at the apartment.The crew was punctual and got everything loaded from the pod carefully, fully protecting furniture and fragile items. Made it to the move in location by 12:30 and finished by 3:05 PM. Crew was very polite and responsive to all of our requests. I would highly recommend this company.

It can be as difficult moving four blocks as it is cross-country. I know, I've done both. But Eco Movers turned this ordeal into a painless procedure. The two movers arrived promptly and worked efficiently and steadily to complete the entire move within the four-hour window quoted. Nothing was broken and nothing was scratched. They were a joy to work with!

This is the second time I've used eco, and they delivered the same quality again. It's nice having the plastic bins freeing me from having to buy or find and then dispose of boxes

Awesome experience from start to finish! Careful friendly staff moved with ease and even moved monstrous planters from garden that my husband told me to leave behind! Great communication from the contact person, quick response time. I recommend them highly 🤗

A little slow when compared to other movers I have used. We are missing a shelf from my sewing cabinet & missing a knob from my jewelry cabinet. The back of my hutch is now very loose. They removed bookshelf shelves unnecessarily & did not put back in. We believe we were extremely overcharged for services. There were 2 teams of two men. One team was great & the other one not really qualified For the job.

Prompt arrival, with great communication by driver. Swift, considerate wrapping up of large items. Expedient delivery at the new place!
