Eco Movers

These guys are fantastic! Moving our large home is a feat in itself but doing so with an excellent attitude made our move a very pleasant experience. It was a little nerve racking to hire a moving company and trust that the job would get done right but we are very happy that we chose these guys!

I used Eco Movers. We used them on the first of November 2015. It cost $550 to move my whole house. It was awesome.

The movers worked very hard, and accomplished all that I had asked of them. There was a broken cabinet from when a worker lost his footing and the furniture fell hard. There were any number of chips to pain or drywall from where the movers had trouble navigating large furniture pieces. My impression is that they could have slowed down when entering doorways and a lot of the little damage that occurred sould have been prevented. That said, they did work very hard, for the entire time with great attitudes and very professional manners.

They clearly explained the costs up front, showed up on time, worked diligently, and finished within the quoted time.

4 full 20 foot truckloads. These guys kicked butt and got us all moved in one day. Money well spent!!

The guys were great, very friendly and professional. They showed up right on time and worked pretty much non-stop for about 8 hours. They put down floor protection for the carpets and even brought spackle to fill in a minor ding in a wall. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

The visit to our house to come up with an estimate was fine, but as he was finishing he stressed that Ecomovers would beat any other estimate by 5%. This was confirmed by the office by email a couple days later when their estimate numbers were sent. "We will beat that estimate by 5% for sure! " But when I provided them with a competitor's lower estimate, it was clear they had no intention of honoring their promise to beat the lower estimate. They took days to reply to my inquiry about whether they would honor the promise, then kept coming up with excuses about why they were taking so long to come up with a confirmation, and seemed to be implying I was not providing a true lower estimate after I sent them a pdf of the competitor's estimate.

Four movers were professional, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommended.

The team was okay. In general, the group of guys moving our stuff were fun and polite. They worked very quickly -- but that actually caused some problems. As a result of how quickly they were moving, several of our items were damaged and/or broken. This included snapping off an armrest of a wood Adirondack Chair, denting our SimpleHuman trash can (the entire side is dented -- from top to bottom), and losing a few pegs off of storage units so they no longer sit straight. It's a tough balance -- get everything moved quickly but without breaking things. I did file a claim for the Adirondack Chair, as it will need to be replaced, but they are only offering $50 for the $300 chair. Be careful which insurance you sign up for!

Movers were on time and had good communication. They were very helpful and responsive to our requests. They were very efficient and timely.

Eco Movers were so incredibly professional and polite and personable, I'd use them again in a heartbeat. The customer service team over the phone was incredibly nice and pleasant to work with. The moving team--Jovano, Victor, Allah, Melvin and Costel were superstars. They were super focused on the task at hand but were also funny, personable and delightful to talk to. I couldn't believe how fast it took them to move our entire place. And not a single scratch on any items or any walls. Even the plants made it over okay. Great work, I will recommend you guys to everyone who needs movers.

Eco movers were very simple to work with, prompt, very fast, and very professional. The head guy ran a tight ship and was telling each of his staff what to do -- he really was exceptional, and he took a few capable and strong guys and kept their standards super high/careful and super efficient. Nearly all my stuff arrived without any damage. There were a few things that went wrong that honestly I don't think a different company would have avoided (just given the quantity of stuff, a few things are bound to happen). A standing lamp broke in half on the truck, my desk chair had a bolt sheer off because it was lifted by the back instead of the base, and the dresser slipped out of one of the guys' hands when being moved into position and it scratched the hardwood floor. I didn't purchase the insurance and expected them to tell me sorry, you should have bought the insurance, but instead they went out of their way to make me whole regardless. They offered to fix or replace everything broken and send someone out to repair the wood floors. I decided to just fix the stuff myself and they gave me $150 in lieu, and I had them send out the floor repair guy who was also very professional and left that scratched/dented spot in the floor in better condition than it originally was in. Overall I think Eco Movers is an exceptional value and I was truly impressed by their professionalism and follow through even when a few things went awry. I don't always write reviews, but they were so far above my expectations that I wanted to share my experience.

They were great. Hard-working, friendly, helpful. They were careful and paid attention to where we wanted things to go. We had a lot of stuff and moved into a 3-story townhouse with a lot of stairs. But they got everything done and the way we asked for. Our movers were Darren, Allah, Daniel and Jeremy. We had a great experience with them.

Overall it went well. Stuff was packed mostly with care (one exception that resulted in scratched table legs). Work was done efficiently and with good communication. The crew chief was unaware of the coupon that I had purchased here and what it was good for -- this info should have been provided to him prior to the job.

Everything went as expected. They showed up on time and completed the work on a 95 degree day. The crew was complaining by the end of the day, but who wouldn't on such a hot day. Nothing was broken and the house was not dinged up in the move. The only reason I would not use them again would be the travel time between Snoqualmie and Seattle. You are charged for this travel time so it may save a bit of money to find a company located closer. Other than that, I would recommend Eco Movers.

The two movers I had were EXCELLENT! They were professional, efficient, and caring to my needs. I will definitely use their services for my final move.

It went really good. They were nice and professional.

They were great - helped us prepare, delivered EcoBoxes and packing materials ahead of time. Provided a very good estimate quickly. Sharp, and strong, team showed up on time and worked like a well-oiled machine. Even in the extreme heat we had, they hardly stopped. They provided ecoboxes, which are plastic containers that you rent. No tape needed, and no worries about "filing the box right" so it'll be sturdy. Our entire house used about 50 boxes. Really liked that option.

The guys from Eco Movers showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. They handled heavy furniture, three flights of stairs and the freakin' summer heat with ease. We would recommend them to anyone!!!

They were very helpful, friendly and all my things reached in good condition with the exception of the mattress which tore because they had to squeeze it up a stairwell. Lesson learned - don't buy king mattresses in Seattle. They also put the bed back together, accommodated a change in the bedroom etc. However, I think the duration of the move was a surprise to me. They charge from the moment they leave their location to the moment they get back. So I pad for about 3/4 of an hour of service when I was not using them. Knowing that would have been better for me as the final bill was a bit of a surprise. I took the 4 person deal for $550 and they finished in exactly 4 hours but ended up tacking on $160 more to account for the 45 min of travel back and forth from their location.

These guys were wonderful. Everyone I dealt with throughout my experience was pleasant and professional. We had Darren, Terrance, Nate and Victor move our furniture. They were very careful with our stuff, our move was a little complicated with two locations and some very heavy pieces and they were all pleasant and super hard working throughout. They even helped us set up our bed and offered to put things together for us that had been in storage. I have moved a lot and this was the best experience I have had with movers, especially for the price. Highly recommend.

This is the 4th time we have used Ecomovers. We always appreciate Grant's team and their professional and careful service. They were even willing to pick up and deliver a piano that I bought! I hope we don;'t have any more moves to do but if we do I will call these guys.

It went great! The 2 movers we'd requested were right on time at the earliest time given in a "window". Their work was fast and efficient and very clear about costs and our Angie's List discount. Only negative: the young woman who took our initial phone order apparently later thought we'd cancelled the order (which we hadn't). When I spoke to the Office Manager, who had contacted us to clarify this, she was extremely helpful and made sure everything was correctly done. Having called around to several different movers in the area, Eco-Movers offered the lowest rate, with only a one hour minimum (as opposed to the others who had 2 & 3 hour minimums. Since we only needed a few heavy things carried downstairs as well as needed moving on 2 separate days, we were upset at the idea of having to pay for so much unnecessary time. I'd definitely use Eco again and would recommend them, especially for "small" jobs, like ours.

They have amazing customer service. The woman who answered my calls and handled the scheduling was quick to respond and answered all concerns thoroughly. The moving team arrived on time and were really friendly and professional the entire time. I would definitely recommend their team to anybody!
