Cummins personnel very nice and they take your house into consideration when working and cleaning. Arrived on time, but could not complete in one day. I wish I would have been told this due to manning issues.

I was very pleased with the installation process. I got a call stating that they had received the wrong unit but had located the correct one and were on the way to get it. The project was only delayed maybe an hour. The technicians were very polite,efficient and answered all my questions. They explained the installation and made sure I was informed of any changes that were needed to do the job properly. I purchased a Coleman high efficiency modulating gas furnace and am pleased with the quality of the unit and how quiet it runs. We haven't had it long but are very happy with both our choice of the furnace manufacturer and Cummings.

The Technician was a little late but made up by a job well done and in a timely manner.

Cummings installed a high efficiency natural gas furnace I had previously purchased. They were on time and orderly in executing the tasks in their bid. One small exception ��� after removing the old furnace they failed to vacuum the lower plenum, leaving it to the owner. A major plus was their exchange of a more appropriate thermostat at no additional cost. I will definitely have them maintain the system in the future.

I thought the cost was to fix my old ac unit , but they replaced it . So nice to have it working . Thanks Cummings Inc.

We were really phased with the work. They took the time to look at our whole heating system and recommend doing work to improve air flow and bring us up to code, not just replacing the furnace.

Timely contact. Went over all issues and made recommendations. Gave two different proposals. Showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Had all ducting replace. A huge, noticeable difference in the ducting that was installed in 1977.

The staff at Cummings did an outstanding job, working to assess and replace my hot water tank. They recognized the priority to me, replaced the wet wooden stand under it, and cleaned up not only the standing water from the old tank, but removed every crumb of garbage on the way out from the new tank. From the desk to the plumber, Cummings was caring and quick!

I had all the duct work under the house totally replaced. Come to find out the builders installed the ducts under the water pipes instead of above them, so over the years, they sagged and separated and were just laying on the ground, causing the crawl space to get the heat, but not the inside of the house. Mr. Cummings and son, were on time, diligent in their work, left no mess, very professional and most of all, honest. After meeting Mr. Cummings for the initial bid, I felt confident that he was the right choice and did not need another bid. I would highly recommend Cummings, Inc.
