They did a good job.

Lance, owner at Cummings, was wonderful. He came out himself to diagnose our furnace. After 36 years of service, it is finally done. Lance was able to walk us through all replacement options and help us navigate installation of a new, more efficient furnace, ensuring our heat is back on in time for Thanksgiving. We're very grateful.

HORRIBLE! IRRITATING!! It took them 7 MONTHS to properly install the electrics and 4 VISITS get it bought off by the state Inspector...and mind you, AFTER they had done it INCORRECTLY on at least 3 previous occasions! Oh, they were kind, and polite...a did not HAVE A SINGLE CLUE about what they were doing! I WILL NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN...and if you value professional quality, work and installation...DO NOT GO HERE! I do not believe they have EVER BEFORE installed Generac 26K stand-by generator. I had not planned on being part of their learning curve, and I did not appreciate it! They had to cut extra holes in my wall, because their INCOMPETENT electrician put it in the wrong place the first time. Had to redo the wiring to the shut-off switch 3 times on the outside box. Greasy fingerprints all over the electrical box in the house, which they attempt to clean-up. Awful experience from first to last!

Amazing same day service! Even before a holiday weekend. The women on the phone were very responsive and helpful. The tech was super knowledgeable and took the time to fully explain everything to me in an understandable way. Additionally he provided guidance for things to watch for as things get older and recommendations on future steps or decisions I may need to make. With absolutely no upselling or pressure. Truly just providing much appreciated guidance and when he left, I personally felt more prepared to deal with heating issues in the future.

I was impressed how quickly they contacted me to discuss my project, within in minutes I had someone schedule to come and look at the site and discuss what we needed. One week later there were at my house replacing the generator. The tech arrives on time and provide on-going update on the process. They left the project site so clean you would never know I have any work done in the area. I would highly recommend.

They came out same day, where as I waited a month from competitor then was cancelled without notice, so Cummings was my life saver. My house was at 85 degrees and they came in to help take care of my issue in the same day. Simply amazing!! My wife and I are very pleased with their service.

Good price and on time

Best price for unit and installation of the companies I looked into, but customer service left something to be desired. Took a very long time to get someone out to install the new filter set up at the air intake, with poor communication on their part. That part of the job was done poorly and had to be redone at my insistence. Also had the red warning light come on. Called about that and no follow through. Again. Really wanted to like these guys, but unimpressed with the experience.

Knowledgeable, quick, clean and on time!

They arrived on time and took care to correctly install new heat pump. Everything was as smooth as can be including follow up.
