Personable, knowledgeable service technician. Late for appt but did call. Fair price.

Some material was left on our premises.

While Cummings is not a Trane authorized services company, they were able to troubleshoot and resolve my Trane furnace/heat pump problem. They have friendly and knowledgeable technicians.

Great guys. Came out quickly and had the new furnace installed in no time. Did some follow up without any questions (it turned out to be my thermostat was acting up and they put in the new one and all was great!) I would use them again.

They installed without a permit. Said it was weekend install and would get permit later. Been waiting three weeks for permit. Believe they will get it done but not happy about delay.

We contacted them just to do our yearly inspection and basic maintenance. The person who arrived was a certified repair person and was not equipped to do the inspection. He didn?t charge us for the visit since he didn?t do anything and promised us a discount due to the mix up. We had to wait another two weeks for the actual maintenance appointment after the first week for the error. The maintenance person identified that we needed a new starter component for our heater as it kept cutting on and off and they would call back with a quote for parts and labor. We never heard back and they also didn?t apply the ?discount? we were promised due to the hassle. Would not and will not use again

Awesome company. Office staff is top notch, ready to work with you in all ways to get the Job done. Lee was super answered all my questions promptly and was always ready to go the extra mile to make me happy. Only company willing to give me upfront pricing and to work with me on a payment plan. More than worth hiring!

Project went smoothly and installation was very soon after agreement. Still waiting for bill, but already paid. Need for my file

Starting off, my kids are 2 and 4. Furnace quit on 12/25. Found Cummings on the website. They called on 12/26 and a tech came out on 12/27. Diagnosed the problem and said he would order the part. Was told it was ordered and was 7 days out. Waited 7 days and called them. Was told the part was not ordered, needed customer approval. Was later told that it was ordered but (something) happened. Was told it could be overnighted at my expense, but it was past the deadline. Was told it was another 7 days out. Waited 7 days and called. Still no part and no tracking number. I asked about a discount because of the long wait and was told No, but you can either go somewhere else or wait. Part came in on the 8th day and was installed 1/12. Received an incomplete invoice with no total. Received 10 phone calls in 9 days demanding payment or account would go to collections. Borderline harassment. Techs were great, customer service is HORRIBLE. Nice enough to waive a 3% credit card payment fee. Will never do business with them again and urge you not to as well.

A return trip was required as the replacement part was not in the truck inventory; another service trip fee was added plus the parts mark-up exceeded 100%. Very significant when the part cost should be less than $350 but I paid $722. This should be considered gouging and extremely poor business practice.

Very professional and thorough workmanship. I will definitely recommend these guys again. If I have any problems in the future I will call them and no one else.

They were not able to do project as I was given wrong information, not their fault.

They contacted me to let me know when they were coming. They arrived when they said they would and immediately went to work. Found the problem quickly and fixed the problem. they explained to me what they found and showed what to look for in the future. Great to deal with and very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them to others.

My furnace went out without notice. It was very cold. I contacted Cummings and they came out right away. Had a new furnace here and installed it with in no time. The people were very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them.

When I contacted Cummings, Inc I set up an appointment to have my furnace repaired that afternoon. Unfortunately the employee who scheduled the appointment failed to enter it in the computer so no one showed up. I reached Lance Cummings after hours and he promised to come to our house Thanksgiving morning. Within a short time after his arrival he had the back on. We will be relying on Cummings, Inc to service our furnace in the future. I really appreciate that Mr. Cummings was willing to come out on the holiday to correct his employee’s mistake. We all make mistakes and Mr. Cummings’ willingness to come out on Thanksgiving tells me a lot about his integrity.

Very skilled, honest, respectful and conciencious staff. The Technicians, Estimator, office customer service representatives all have it together with effective communications and customer satisfaction as top priority. Work was completed as promised and I am very pleased with their service and products. A+++++
