They were friendly, to the job done when they said they would and did a nice job cleaning up after the work was done. They all seemed to know what they were doing.

Do not hire this contractor! What a joke! I schedule the first appointment the plumber didn't have is pipe wrench. He left and came back with a new pipe wrench and had some problems with the repair. He needed to get some more materials so we we're going to reschedule. I called the office yesterday and rescheduled for today meaning I had to take another day off. I waited my 4 hours and no one showed. I tried to call the office several times and only got their answering machine. I remembered that the plumber had called me so I had his number and gave him a call. He was surprised, he thought they had called to reschedule my appointment. I told him I had been trying to call the office and kept getting the answering machine so he said he would reach them for me. When they called that acted like I didn't even have an appointment and that I wasn't on the schedule. WTH? I have now taken off two afternoons and nothing has been done. I still have no heat in the house because this is a water line to a boiler.

Pricing structure needs evaluation. Price estimated for thermostat replacement was $400 +. Same thermostat cost directly from manufacturer was $53.00. Cummings did correct the price when challenged. However it does give some cause for concern about this company s integrity.

they said they could come from 2 to 4pm i said lets do that. then they asked more questions and i replied but the home advisor app didnt send my reply until the next day for some reason at least that is what they claim i have texts showing i replied within 1 minute. showed up at 2 took me an hour to drive to the house and i send them another message asking if they were still coming at 2:15 no reply, called the company directly and they said i wasn't on the schedule. even by thier claim the last thing i said was yes, lets do that in reply to thier offer of meeting 2-4. big waste of time.

These guys did a great job fixing my issue. Their communication was helpful and they did good work in a timely manner. Glad to have my house comfortable again! Thanks!!
