They came early. Took a bit longer than they had told us - but did careful, thorough work.

They were on time and very fast and efficient in installing a new furnace and A/C. We are very happy with the job they did.

The home furnace came with 2 inch filters and the service man did not have any filters. He had to call another colleague to bring filters from Home Depot which were only one inch size so they gave me 2 of them to equal 2 inch.

I hired Cummings to install my AC. They were here on time and got right to work. They explained everything to me clearly and did not leave until I understood the thermostat and how it worked. I will review once we use the AC in the summer time. Scheduling is a little difficult so be flexible. Thank you.

Jon did a great job explaining what he needed to do. Very personable, timely and knowledgeable.

$175 for just coming out and doing a quick sandpaper of the sensor for the furnace seemed a little spendy.

I would not hesitate to hire them again. The young man that showed up to my home was very nice and very professional. Thank you very much for suggesting them. I am very happy!

The furnace went out just before the Thanksgiving holiday and I was expecting family over for the weekend. I contacted Cummins and they were able to come out the day after. They said they would be able to repair my furnace but indicated that it was fairly close to end of life. For the price of repair, they recommended a replacement. Since I were to replace the furnace I always wanted to have AC and they gave me a great deal on both. They were able to replace my furnace the same day and returned a couple of weeks later to install the AC unit. However, shortly after my guests left after the holiday they furnace failed. I called them to let them know it wasn't working, so they send someone out to look at it. I explained my disappointment but assured me they would make it right. They ended up replacing the circuit board and the thermostat. Even though I experienced a bit of a hiccup, they were very easy to work with and stood behind their work and product. Everyone at the company that I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. I am happy with the results thus far and would recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a furnace and/or AC unit.

They seem to have untrained workers who do not know the codes needed to properly install the equipment or care how they do the work. Nor do I think this Home Advisor is worth the trouble of not being able to just call the installers I wanted. Would not recommend either company.

very efficient, walked us through the furnace and thermostat. Installers were very courteous and knowledgeble. From the first technician to the installers, it was a good experience.

Absolutely outstanding service. Tech was very knowledgeable about equipment. Went right to work. Explained every step and was tidy in his work. Even provided website for less expensive but high quality filters. Definitely have back again.
