It went great! See above.
Description of Work: After picking up a new Xfinity dvr we were having issues getting it working. In addition our 2nd box was not working at all. The comcast rep stayed on the phone for over 40 min until he was sure everything was working properly. He was extremely helpful, very polite and professional.

Description of Work: They were supposed to fix our problem and only made it worse for several days. We had no TV service. They sent a person to replace the cable box but he didn't have a cable box in his truck so he couldn't fix the problem. They later sent another person to fix the same problem and he also couldn't fix it. After, what seemed like hours on the phone, and another service call they finally fixed it. They gave us 90 days of HBO. Very frustrating. Can't wait to get another carrier in our neighborhood.

I saved $30 or so a month.
Description of Work: It feels like Comcast is playing games when they require you to call in once a year and talk to someone about how you can lower your monthly bill. Why can't they just automatically give you the going rate? No, I must remember to call in and talk to a rep and she will then appraise me on how, if she does this or that, I will save $30 a month. What is crazy is--I made a second call, got a different rep, who assured me that her figures were the absolute lowest etc. etc. So even all the reps use different criteria. It's a game!

Description of Work: Our TV service was having sporadic fuzzy reception. The Comcast tech was dispatched the same day that I called for service. He found the problem in some old cable lines, replaced all the lines with new, and was done within an hour. There was no charge for the work. He was courteous and cheerful.

We get the channels we want and DVR. I have had no issues with comcast. If we have an issue they are pretty much responsive and we have never had a delay. I am a very satisfied customer.

We get a few extra channels & that is all we need. The overall experience has been very good. Their service is reliable in that it always seems to be working. We do not ever have any trouble with the service going out. I believe the price that I'm getting it for is fair & I will continue to use them. They provide a very good service.
Description of Work: I use them for my cable TV service. The different features I receive are the different cable channels that I watch. I believe they call it the extended base.

It is faster than dial up & is very good. Some days it depends how long it will take me to get from one page to another but I think that has something to do with my computer. I am not sure what type of service I have with them. The experience has been very good overall because I enjoy the faster speed than I had on dial up. I can also watch videos now where as I couldn't watch them before. The price versus the quality of speed is fine. I have not had any problems with it at all. I would give them an overall grade of an A & I will continue to use them.

I like the On Demand feature because they give you a good variety of shows that you can watch. Some of the TV series offer you past episodes, so if you miss an episode you can go back and watch it On Demand. My son is learning to play the guitar, and they have guitar lessons On Demand which we were very pleased to find.
Description of Work: My cable service with Comcast has been excellent. The quality has been good. We have the high definition package with them. I'm happy with the different options that they offer, the On Demand features and so on. It seems like whenever you want to sit down and relax and watch TV you can always find something of interest.

Reliable. I can't recall having to call them about a problem pertaining to service and my connection is rarely if ever down. I'll keep using them, but seriously feel the rates for Internet should be lower, considering the sheer volume of people using the service.

It did not included the installation. We pay the standard rate. I rather not disclose the amount. I do not feel it is important to give the pricing. It is a good company. We just get the service and that's it. We do not have to keep in contact with them. They are a good company. They know what they do.

COMCAST ARRIVED ON TIME AND QUICKLY REPLACED WHAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED INFORMING US WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE PARTS THAT WERE NEEDED WERE ON THE TRUCK.
