Description of Work: We have used Larson Plumbing at least 4 times since July 2015. Thomas, a plumber, has righted the faulty plumbing hook-ups in the house we bought. We are so happy to have professional plumbing fixes to the mom and pop plumbing job done in the house we bought.

Description of Work: Called on a Monday and provider booked me for the following week on Tuesday. Instead of calling another plumber to come sooner I waited for this company as they had great reviews on Angie's List. That Friday, today, they called to move the appointment further out as they are too busy. I cancelled and called another plumber from AL, who will come out tomorrow. This was so unprofessional.

Description of Work: Complete repipe, new fixtures, dishwasher installation. Showed up on time, guys were courteous and even came by on a Saturday when a part was delayed to get that dishwasher running.

Bob is the only guy who knew how to work on an on demand water heater when we first built our house. I had 2 toilets replaced recently and they did an outstanding job-I had to leave after they arrived and when I got home I couldn't even tell they had been here...other than 2 new Toto toilets:)

Description of Work: Installed water heater. Wayne and Thomas were very courteous and knowledgeable. They installed the heater in no time and explained what they were doing and why they were using certain materials, e.g. stainless steel vs copper, and recommended how to set my circulating heat pump thus saving energy and extending the life of the pump. I will use B. Larson's Plumbing again in a heart beat.

Description of Work: This company was recommended by Angie's List in response to a project request. The scheduler told me the service would be a few days out and told me Thursday. I was told I would receive a call back with the exact time frame. I called the company back on Wednesday and was told I was not on the schedule. The best they could do was the following week. This was for a clogged main sewer drain and not a small leak. I was obviously unhappy with the response. I was able to schedule a next day service by another Angie's List recommended plumbing company in Tacoma who places sewer drain issues as a priority. My recommendation is to get a specific date and time, then call to verify you are on the schedule to avoid such surprises. I will not use this company in the future. I have multiple homes in the area and need reliable customer service and response.

Description of Work: Good Price, Great work, sluggish response, billing hiccups We called Bob after discovering our hydroponic system was discharging about a gallon and a half daily from the pressure valve. After rigging a self-bailing bucket to avoid any more water damage, I found Bob and called immediately for an estimate. He came out and was very helpful in assessing my hydroponic system, and helping to educate me on my (new to me) heating system. His assessment was that I had a faulty pressure valve, and it needed to be replaced. But along with that, I should get a backflow preventor, an automatic air bleeder valve, and replace the bladder with a modern membrane-based bladder. Each of these steps adding reliability and removing manual service chores from the system. Bob left and said that he would give me a bid for these repairs, but also some options for upgrades on systems that are inefficient, or needing to be replaced. After this visit, it took almost a week and a half to receive the bid - which happened after I called into the office for the bid. He promptly turned around a bid for repairs. The prices seemed, to me, to be great, though the bid did not include an air bleeder valve. We scheduled the repair for the very next day (great), including an upgraded pump which would modernize the entire system, except for the boiler itself. During the repair, the service men were very courteous and competent, although they concluded that they could not actually the pump, because it would require bleeding the whole system of water, which is h****** a system, and ought to be saved for our future boiler replacement. After looking over the final bill I contacted Bob and noticed that they had forgotten to credit me the initial estimate fee as promised, and the 10% Angie's list coupon. Within an hour, he had responded to my email and rectified the situation. My only real hiccups were minor in my eyes. I'd be happy to call them again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for hydroponic work.

Description of Work: I ask for two cold water shut off valves in order to install a wash basin in a bedroom. one for cold and one for a 6 gallon under sink water heater. The job was such a cobbled up mess, I corrected it myself.

Description of Work: Rebuilt two matching Kohler sink faucets (four total wide-spread faucets, two sinks) installed by builder 15 years ago; I supplied warranted parts (internal stems). The owner, Bob himself, came out the day after I called, very quick service. Friendly and professional. Knew exactly what to do and how to do it (which is what you really pay for, after all, not the "labor time"). The re-build/installation of the new faucets was better than when my builder did it, and I had a really good builder. Left the sinks/faucets in great working shape, all perfectly aligned. A very high quality service. The price reflects the knowledge, ability, and service, and is worth it.
