New kitchen countertop required new sink with the attendant hook ups. Plumber needed to follow installers in on same day so kitchen could be used the next day. He arrived on time and completed installation in a timely manner. Cleaned up. I also replaced the shower enclosure in one of the bath rooms. Plumber (Kevin) did the work. He showed up on time on the date agreed. The work was significant. Required a new shower faucet (mixer) requiring new copper tubing. Shower head height was also raised. The drain needed to be completely redone, which they did. The shower enclosure needed to be assembled, installed and plumbed. All of this was done in a very professional timely manner with excellent clean up.

They were really good! They showed up on time, they were clean, they gave me a lot of information about what they were doing, and the price was reasonable.

I had a positive experience with this company several years ago when they came out and diagnosed and repaired a leak. This time around I had a new kitchen sink and faucet that I wanted installed. The plumber pointed out some substandard plumbing having to do with the valves that hook up to the sink (quest valves?) and recommended that they be replaced as well. It ended up costing much more than I anticipated, but he did a great job. I'd use them again though I was not sure what to think about the additional updates that were recommended. It made sense to me because the original builder cut corners on most areas of the home, so it was not surprising to learn that the original plumber did a crummy job. At least now I know it is done right.

It was a good experience. They did the job fast and the people were very nice and pleasant. They explained everything and they were really responsive.

They assessed the situation, gave us options vs cost and warranty for each option and allowed us to chose what we wanted to do with low sales pressure. Plumber worked until 6:00 - 6:30 p.m finishing the job. Due to tight angles of the drain pipes, the job turned out bigger than he or I originally thought.

The dispatcher kept in touch with me when the plumber finished his previous job and was ready to head here. Didn't leave me sitting here, pacing the floor, waiting for yet another repair person. Duke arrived, introduced himself and gave me his business card and then proceeded to put on shoe booties before entering the house. Nice touch! He kept me informed all the time as to what he was doing and why. Learned a lot about plumbing! And learned a lot about what wasn't done according to code. :-( He cleaned up after himself, too. Gave good advice and will call on Bob Larson Plumbing for the next job.
